@Moogleman, I must apologize, I did not take into account the crossbow you have for your encumbrance. This will make your load 46 pounds instead of 42, a minor change though as it's still not exceeding your light load.

Annette wrote:It seems to be just my computer, then. I can see it fine on my school's computers. You needn't bother remaking it, this is probably just a residual effect of my modem issues. It'll probably blow over. Besides, Siberys posted a screenshot of it. So even if the problem doesn't go away, you could just do that each time you level up.
Try to empty your browser cache then. This might solve the issue.

Siberys should be able to keep us updated since they are practically room mates or so I understood.

I think Moogleman meant in game with the whole issue with the guards.

Oh, saw that she didn't post anything in a while and I thought he was referring to real life

Btw, before I forget to ask.
Some DM's do this differently so I'm wondering how level ups, multiclassing, prestige classes and so on work in the game?
For example (and this is just an example to illustrate what I'm asking, not a suggestion for you to use), when characters level up-
Staying in the same class they level up instantly
Multiclassing into a core class requires a week of training
Multiclassing into a prestige class requires a month of training with a master (not necessarily a member of said PrC though. Taking a PrC that involves say mind flayers I'd let someone train under a regular old monster manual mind flayer if they could convince one).
Regain full hit points immediately upon level up.
I use that primarily for heavy role-playing D&D games that don't have a lot of combat, where characters actually have the time to devote a month to PrC's.
But anyway, I'm curious what you have for leveling up?

Hello kozeph. Nice to see you around. We already played in a campaign together, unfortunately not finished.

I think it was actually three unfinished campaings XD
The play by post one, one from syberis and finally one from Oord or something like that.
Anyway good seeing you. I will reappear should Anette feel like taking another player

@Annette
If my word means anything, I can definitely vouch for Kozeph being an awesome player.

Syberis: What I typically do is have the character spend one week per (new level minus one) with a trainer when taking a level in a new class, regardless of whether it's prestige or not. For continuing your most recent class, you don't need the trainer, but the timespan remains unchanged. I don't do the "regain full HP" bit.
kozeph: As I said in a PM, I'd be glad to have you. What time zone are you in? For your convenience, MistSonata, Siberys, and I are in GMT -4, malinzaro is in GMT +2, and Moogleman is in GMT +1.

I think another player is just what we need. We're missing out on a thief like character right?

That could work out and would make the party complete. But maybe it's not really necessary after all. I don't think the DM will kill us all with traps just because we don't have a rogue. Right Annette? We're nice and friendly ... please remember that

...I suppose not...
Still, I would very much appreciate it if kozeph plays a scoundrel of some kind (especially since we're trying to avoid combat until the summer. I need SOME way to kill you guys.)

But who is trying to avoid combat?!? I don't for sure! Plus I can hardly wait to get some action, even if I know that the DM loves to kill its players. Way to go Annette!
Either way everyone, Annette asked somewhere if we can gather together at some point (I suggest weekends) and maybe a chat system so we could advance a bit faster. The quote is below here ...
Annette wrote:Since everyone is either engaging or about to engage in conversation, do you guys think it might be worthwhile to arrange a time when we can all be active? Otherwise, our sporadic post times could make this take days...

Hey, all thanks for letting me join Anette. My time zone is -4 GTM, I usually post between lunch hours and after 5 pm. My time zone will change during the summer since am moving to another country, I'll update you guys once I move.
Anyway, I will try and start the character tonight and will probably have him ready by tomorrow. I am between doing a rogue, a psyionic rogue, lurker or a binder.

Take your time and pick whatever you would like to play considering the campaign setting.

Indeed! I was checking the threads a few times per day hoping on an update. Call me impatient, but I have the feeling a great story is in front of us
