As stated in another thread - the warrior wing needs a new warlord.
How do you, in this wing, wish this new situation to take place.

My toughts:

The ones who want to be warlord, should post here, and then Xandax pickes the one who he thinks is best or a vote by all warrior members.

Well actually I've got nothing much to do with this guild, other than hosting the website , I'm just a "ordinary" ( ) member

i could be the warlord since im already from the war council, its just a promotion

Shouldn't we have a new warlord by now?

I say, let everyone who want's to be the warlord post here (seriously), and let our former warlord decide who should be his follower!

And if this means that there is a free spot in the council of war, the new warlord should decide by who this place should be filled.

We can't be the only guild without a leader.

Wouldn't the council vote in one of it's members?

As for size of the council, well I don't think it should there is another level of rank (3 in all) under the warlord - check out the website under rank

EDIT: And actually the rules state that it should be someone from one rank lower that should be promoted (in this case the council)

So there are 3 choices - choose your champion

Because we don't have the game, the leader of a wing useally promotes people or takes a public vote or what ever they figure out.

We have done much to try and keep a loose structure and low on rules as to keep enjoyment for most people high.

Also I belive our "Ranks"/"Wing Leaders" would/could change when we get ingame, because the guild actually don't excist yet

Taken from the website, this is what we have written down about ranks when we discussed it some time ago:
To be promoted in rank there must be an opening to be promoted to.
The 3 lower ranks will be reviewed every month. It is requested that the maximum term of office for the two middle ranks is 2 months. After the time has passed a new person will be promoted in. If a member is found to be derelict of duty s/he will be demoted and a new vote will occur. This can happen at any time.
Each Wing Leader will holds it's position for 3 months. If no one wishes to take over the previous may stay in. Only someone from one rank lower may become a wing leader.

i wouldn't mind if i was the warlord, but im going to my grandmother's house for a week or so.

Okay - if Nekro. is the only one from the council that wishes to take up "office" - then I suppose it gotta be him - may god have mercy on us all

Are there any objections?
