This city, at 11,900 feet above sea level, is the highest large city in the world

@Aegis, I would love to brag about it, but the fact is, if I did have a hot date tonight, well, I don't remember, so it obviously wasn't much. :p :D

ARGH! I used to know this! I forgot, darn it!

If you said "lake" instead of "city" I would be able to have a guess.

Sorry for spamming...but why is the answer to question given as a question that the "answer" (ie what BS says) is not an answer to?

Example?

BS: this ship was the first to ever use the SOS signal

Tybalt: What is the Titanic?

But if you ask "What is the Titanic?", "This ship was the first to ever use the SOS signal" does not sound like a proper answer to the question? So what is the point with the participants given their answers in the form of a question?

See Kam? confidece pays off. :D

Next

With 204 yards , he holds the SuperBowl record for most rushing yards in a single game

It's just the way the game goes CE. The question is made into the answer

Instead of saying "which ship first used the SOS", you put it in the form of an answer. Then, if someone doesn't answer in the form of a question, they are wrong, it's a marketing gimmick  ;) :D

Im not sure what you are talking about. Someone had over 350 yards rushing in the superbowl wich is greater than 204 yards.

So my answer will be the person who had over 350 yards rushing:

Who is Franco Harris?

Sorry to disagree Ty, but there has bee no running back to ever go over 300 yards in a single Super Bowl at least from "only" rushing the ball. As far as I know, it has never happened in a simgle game in the history of the NFL at all. You may be thinking of total yards gained, not just rushing yards.

Or , you may be thinking of TOTAL rushing yards in combined Super Bowls. Not sure, but my info comes straight from the NFL's record book, updated after lsat years Super Bowl.

In either case, it's not Franco. :D

OK, so it's just a form thing in this particular game, thanks for explaning BS. End of spam.

DARN IT! I heard that statistic recently, maybe it is total yards or something like that. Oh well. I have more guesses. Sigh.....

Anytime CE ;) :D

Don't worry Ty, you just might get to answer this one again. if 3 more people miss it that is. ;)

Lordy, how I hate these American questions...ah well at least I know something about US sports :)

Who is Emmitt Smith?

In the unlikely event that I guessed correctly, and am the flukiest man alive, I'll have Architecture for 300 (interesting category BS, not one of the usuals is it?)

good guess, but not the right one kam. :D

Yeah, I just put the questions up in the catagories I found them in. I never knew there was so much useless knowledge out there.

Ah well I guess another bundle of points would be too much to ask... :D

So did you not look at the questions, gauge them in order of difficulty, and then sort them into the board? You must have been drunk  :p

Actually, you are all tests subjects. The next round will be better set up. I should have a handle on some of the players by then.

then again, I may just put them in random order like this time, just cause I might be lazy
