Ya'll are sick
*Viv looks over her 'ya'll' and hopes it looks sufficiently southern...hmm..maybe 'is' instead of 'are'?*

Well, you know, in times of need, friends need to stick together and draw strength from one another, especially when one of them experiences a profound and personal loss, such as a SO injuring a pet and then being killed in a vengeful rage.
@Vivien:
A quick lesson in southern grammar: The correct phrase is "ya'll are" since the word ya'll is plural, however you can form the words into a double contraction, a phonetic nuance particular to the south. So your phrase is correct, although in some parts of Mississippi and Georgia, it is more correct to say, "Ya'll'ar sick."
You might want to check out
How to Speak Southern by Steve Mitchell for some more tips.
I didn't hear anything about someone "disappearing" . . .

Wow, that books better than a night out with Bloodstalker!! *bookmarks the site for later use*
I'm sure the intentions here are very honorable and involve no camera's or bedroom scenes?

There's a second book (making it a series) called
More How to Speak Southern, but unfortunately, it's out of print.
@McBane:
I was thinking:
shower
hottub
kitchen table
restaurant
Let me know if you want to shoot anything else; I may have to bring some extra lighting.

I would call it a draw myself

Though Viv's opinion might differ somewhat

It sounds like a title such as "Viv versus customs" would have been more appropriate!

lol!

Of course that would call into debate how the use of the word "customs" is intended... I mean are we talking about Viv at the border or are we discussing Viv attempting to adapt to certain peculiar Canadian traits.....

LMAO!!

erm...both I guess!

she did discuss over sized flannel shirts and her border queue jumping abilities!...

Bah, a book indeed....*spits in digust*
Think though Viv, can a book truly enlighten you to all the proper nuances of the language? I think not. you still need BS 101.
*Thanks for nothing HLD*

Clearly, Canada came out the winner. (They got Viv, if only for one day! Who wouldn't want that?)

Awe

What a nice guy you are

*hug*
Yshania and DW: Rofl!! Okay, just to warn you, I've saved loads of useful information as to how to act 'English' for my trip there! England will never be the same! ('course I plan to spend half my time looking for the island of Avalon and faeries.)
Bloodstalker: I don't know...the book seems to have lots of information...how can I be sure that you'll be sober enough to even speak in a complete sentence?
Lee: Thanks!
The Z: The answer is: 'Viv'. Just as I've won every game I've ever played
in my own mind or by cheating I have triumphed over Canada.
HLD and McBane:
When you put your devious plans in black I can still see them. Quit twisting the words 'round and just admit that you're trying to start you're own SYM Porn company. 'Comfort Viv' indeed.
