My partner has just informed me that a Geordie headbutt is called a Jarrow Kiss, (after some place in the NE). :confused:

He also takes offense at your statement that the Geordie accent is like the Glasgow one and is whittering on about William Wallace and how he sacked Durham and York but never got Newcastle.

Wow! This is like being a spiritualist medium!

Personally, I think the Geordie accent sounds like the Northern Irish one.

I have heard of Jarrow, are they harder than Glaswegians in Jarrow? I thought they built boats? Maybe that is a hobby?

Typhoo? He's into drinking poncy tea now - you know, herbal and green tea.

But he's no conossieur, so you could give him a cup of washing up liquid and he may not notice....

Oh really?? Well I do have a store of camomile and ginger, I might even let him have one of my peppermint teas! (are you sure about this?? I mean, I would like to see him get home ok, there is a lot of caffeine in those herbal teas sometimes)
