You could mention one of the NPC's that I'm going to put in the Maar Gan plugin too. I could just do this post, but I'm hoping if I leave behind a screenshot it will whet some appitites.
Basically there is a seer in Maar Gan who will tell the fortune of anyone who pays enough money, but he must do so under the watchful gaze of the temple, and so practices in the shrine. I've done all the coding for this NPC today. Nothing of the plot is given away by the telling of your fortune - so there are no spoilers. The clues that are given will only make sense after the events in the plot that they relate to have unfolded. The response is different before Corpus, after Corpus but Dagoth Ur, and after Dagoth ur, so there are three different responses.
You could also mention that you feel sorry for Seldus Nerendus the silt strider guy, since his father died maybe? If I think of anything else I'll post it here.

WOW, DM that seer is great... I love the way it kept the vagueness up of a real fortune teller. And the NPC's in Khuul are turning out quite well. I think the town should focus on smuggling and the assassin in thongar's tradehouse.

I will do the assasin tommorow, any sugestions bout his live, and the reason for his visit to Khuul?

Well my idea for khuul is a big smuggling area, and that assassin a helping thongar with his smuggling just an idea... a vague one so you can expand on it as you wish if you choose to use it.

I was thinking about the same, but I think he has to have some asignment, I mean he still is an assasin, so he's probably on his way to kill someone. Maybe I'll have some genious ideas tommorow

That is a good idea, are you in charge of any other npcs? because you could just make one of them the targets... And create a backstory for why he is a target

I have done 2 others and I have to do an other 2, the assasin and a Eperial Legion Knight. Maybe I can let the assasin have the task to kill the NPC I already done, she is spreding rumors about Thongar so it's not illogical too kill her.

Well the entire town is spreading rumours so just one person better have some real good information or something, like she knows who the big boss is or something to that effect.

Wouldn't it be a bit unrealistic if the assassian is in the Tradehouse, and says that her job is to kill person X, and then when the player returns say four weeks later, person X is still there. If person X is in another town, then why is assasain still in the Tradehouse?
DM
PS, I know there are problems with my spelling for assasin.

How about she is a retired assassin and was assigned to watch over thongar to make sure he is smuggling right? Or something to that effect

Hey! I've got a great idea! Aldi's husband Blerndt just disappeared. Shotherra may just be resting at the tradehouse for a while after a big job! I was going to have Aldi confide that Blerndt left her, but... maybe she knows he was involved in some risky business, and she's saying he went home to visit his family because she knows something happened and she wants to protect his honor. ....?

so she killed him, and she liked khuul so much that she decided to stay! it's perfect

DM, I'm going to shoot for Alds Boro, Salen Ravel, Daras Aryon and Navam Veran. Would add more, but at the moment I'm under severe deadline, so those will have to do--for now. I'll let you know what I can take on in another week or so.

Btw, have you put up notices for your releases on the Elder Scrolls mod forum? That seems to draw a fair amount of interest.

I've posted something on Morrowind Summit forums, and uploaded Ald Velothi to that site, but nothing on the official forums. I'll look into that later today. Thank for doing those characters too.

If they end up anything like that sample you left before, that would be fantastic!

Do you know how to close off access to bartering, and for a limited period of time? What I'd ideally like to do is set up a war or words between the two silt strider owners in Maar Gan, and if you use the services of one, the other broods and becomes unavailable (save for dialog) for roughly 45 days. If it's not possible, that's okay; just let me know.
