Here's some more shots of mine...the one that's inverted is on one of the thorns in the final sequence, I'm having fun with those..

OK, last few
Just thought I'd share a couple more from the end sequence, including Shaduroth. I found a way to keep the Shield of Retrobution with me throughout the end sequence (in otherwords, a way to keep Volgar from taking it from me). That was cool. Anyway, here's the last few..

Wow, your climbing skills seem to be very good. Keeping the other relics is easy, all you have to do is to place the ring on the pentagram before placing the other relics and you'll be teleported to the endgame sequence. Theory: If you got the ring from Ellowyn but don't talk to Emmindor, can you go back to Talendor and "use" the ring on the pentagram to go to the endgame sequence? And if you do, does the game deactivate all moonbridges or can you still use them if you climb out of the demon realm? I'd try it myself but I don't have a suitable character to test it at the moment.

At last!
Finally I managed to wiggle my way out of the demon realm! Yes, it's true. Even although it's monumentally hard to do so, just keep trying and eventually you'll get it (previous posts in other threads stated it would be impossible to ever get out of the demon realm again). Now I just need to pull it off with a character who got to the demon realm without talking to Emmindor so I can see whether the moonbridges will get deactivated or not.
On a side note: "walking" down the huge vertical wall at the Demon Realm is completely safe and doesn't even scratch the character, but then I tried to "jump" down out of curiosity - BLAM, 184 HP and 11 Athletics insta-dead. So don't jump down if you try this.
Edit: added pictures to show the place where I climbed from three different angles. You can see the green dots on the radar indicating the positions of Galdryn and Shaduroth (I didn't kill them because I just wanted to test whether it's possible to get out of the demon realm at all).

Hey, thanks for the info! You will have to tell if you can still use the moon bridges when you climb out. I think I have a pretty good idea where you were able to climb out, so I will have to try. Also, I didn't know that all you had to to was put the ring of power on the stand to keep the relics. And I thought I did something cool...haha. Anywya, I've been trying to climb the outside of the demon realm to get in early, but I can't seem to get past a certain point. I'll just have to keep trying!

I was inspired by the climbing pictures, so I did some climbing at the moonbeast island ("Climbing").
I primarily hunt moonbeasts for leveling, with settings at hard/more. I leveled to 25 before the trial of the elders, then continued through the story to get into the Forbidden Lands. I talked to Staroxia and Grymlok so I could get to the Vale of Ruin and finish off my class quests (my primary goal before going to Naga Temple).
Then, I decided to level to 30, which I did while playing the Shadow Ruins dungeon. After that, I set a few more goals (for some of my skill levels), and went back to the moonbeast island. And you'd never believe what I found when I got there ("Moonstones").

Good stuff, Terran. I did some climbing around the Fargrove monastery, too, but didn't get any pictures while I was there. I took this one, though, as it seemed to typify my moonbeast hunting experience. (I spend too much time hunting; I'll try to get something different soon.)

best way to lvl
i have attached a photo of me training on moonbeasts. this spot if perfectly safe for you to idle and you will not get hit. i have my computer on top of a tv connected to a satelite so i let him idle till i have about 10-18 moonbeasts below me before i kill them to maximize usage of blast nova's. in 4 or 5 hours i accumulated 18million points. btw i have used the glitch for infinite money and have 1.5k blast nova's and 1.5k fire nova's (so i dont run out). will train tonight as well.

Hi terran698
I have just seen your Moonbeast post. Very good post and very unique way to gain experience.

I see alot of your screenshots are from an angle not the same as the default, you are changing the angles so you can see the front of the character and different angles of monsters. What do you have to do to achieve this? I've pressed many buttons and such and I'm still stuck behind my character...someone let me know please!

Hold CTRL while using either the mouse or arrow keys to change the angle. Use Page Up/Page Down to zoom in/out. Home key returns view to default. (I think this is listed in the in-game menu. Press / and then Page Down until you find camera controls.)

yes i do change my view for better pictures. i hold ctrl down and use the mouse as it a lot faster than messing with buttons on a keyboard in the dark. i use the scroll wheel on my mouse to zoom in and out.
also are a few pics of me at the ulm castle(maybe they should finish the castle then hide the armor in it) and fighting the naga queen (scary b!t(# aint she)

I found a friend. Guess who he is? I'll give you two hints:
1. I should not be there.
2. I should be fighting a minotaur below.

well seeing as i have been there my self i will have to guess the arena master. and it looks like you picked demon steel instead of demon spell, i am curious as to why.

Maybe because he's playing a fighting character and doesn't use the (really lame) bargain cheat to clone the cataclysm 5000 times?
Guess what, my minimum urgoth character also went for steel instead of spell. Cataclysm is way too expensive to "clone" without the bargain bug and requires a ton of points into Arcane Magic or else its damage output isn't good enough, while the blade of death always does at least 11-27 damage (more if you have high strength) and has the chance of criticaling monsters for an instant kill.

Exactly. In fact, right now, his strength is 105, and I might take it as high as 150. That guy's build is Fighter/Imperial-Adept/Paladin/Crusader. It only makes sense to go with Demon Steel. I've got plenty of celestial and rune magic if I need it. For a melee character, Divine Intervention is much more useful than Cataclysm (and melee is more fun than simply casting a spell to kill everything in a mile radius, anyway).
I use bargain, but I don't exploit it, which I feel is the fine line between cheating and playing fair. It's different if you have a Rogue, or other character that has Steal, because cash is everywhere for them, but most of my characters struggle to make cash, so getting the most cash for things they don't need, and getting a good deal on things they do need is important.
And, yeah, that's the arena master - an interesting guy, isn't he?

well i do not know how you get that cataclysm's dmg output isnt all that great? unless you have lvl1 magic i dont know how it couldnt do under 27 dmg total (over all the waves combined). i have played around with a hacked character and the best melee dmg (with demon blade of charus) was 110 with blade of ball and beast turned on. i only have lvl 25 mage and 12 spell fire on another character and blast nova does that much let alone all 5 waves of cataclysm. also i dont like critical because it doesnt work as often as it should, i hacked skill to 99 fought monsters for an hour in the forbiden lands and only hit critical like 3 times all would have killed monster anyways and i was using no-dachi of night and katana of the sun as weapons to try and enhance the effect to no avail. so imo magic is still the way to go.
