Good one Hill. NEway I edited this post, cuz I thought of this
5.Reverse psychology, (think Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas) First speed up, then put your directional on so the cop knows you're looking for a proper place to pull off. Then do a 180 turn into your said parking spot and tell the cop, "Look at me, I'm a freakin criminal" beer can in hand, you might as well hand it over and hope the cop advises you to proceed to the next rest area.
