but I have just discovered http://www.spinner.com
It is a bit like online radio, except they have minimal interruptions and approximately 175 different channels ranging from nature sounds to baroque to heavy metal....and everything in between.
Highly recommended!
The drawback is that they are owned by AOL (what isn't these days? *sigh*).... ....but unlike other things operated by those dark fiends...this actually seems to work well.....*holds breath*
note: this does require you to download some software...but it does not take up much space

You ever tried Launch.com? It's similar, but run with Yahoo. You can create your own personalized playlist and share it with freinds, so there are tons of possibilties
