Why aren't you sleeping ?

I don't know...It could be my "almost insomnia" that strikes back again...
I fell asleep on the couch in the middle of the day, so that might be why I didn't get any sleep in the night...

I havent fallen asleep all that well in years, ever since I started my career... surprise! :p I feel for you, Fibey.

Could be. Can you use the time ? I'm told people who don't take much sleep go on to be very successful cos they get a lot more done

I'm very tired, yet I don't fall asleep. I can work in the night, but the result isn't that good.

Maybe you can do the boring stuff and get it out of the way so you have more time for work when you're not tired ? As a last resort try housework - it's completely mindless

IMO the problem is that you think to much when you try to go to sleep. Thnking impairs the ability for the brain to slow down and to stop the active neurons from firing as much.

Or, you could be trying to sleep in a position that you think is confortable when its not, or, you could be too cold or warm, which may feel fine when you are awake, but not when you are asleep. :)

And my name just changed! Im a new man! (kidding ;) )

Name changing was worth it... my last one I truly did not like. However, its not a big change for other people... they will still call me hill. :p

Whatever you would change your name into, I'd still call you Hill :D ;)
