It's late night over here, but that's okay...

We could set out a luncheon on the grounds, that sort of thing.

As for whether it's okay, @Ty, the soccer thread was sort of obsolete by now, so we figured there wouldn't be a problem. :)

Ode, you have invaded other threads that weren't obsolete at the time :p :D

Cetainly understandable. What time is it in Australia? I could do the math, but I woke up only an hour ago so my brain doesnt want to do work yet.

@BS-Yes, but they were usually tavern threads, not counting our DF takeover bid. ;) If we'd taken over this one during the World Cup people would have gotten narky at us...

@Ty-It's about 11.30PM over here. :)

Edited due to a smelling ;) mistake.

No, but I'm also playing a game, so whereas normally I'd just play the game (and maybe have the odd IM chat) I now have to juggle the two. ;)

Talk about multi-tasking. I tried doing that with Civ3 in the background once. I kept getting the usual riots in the cities to the point where they defected over. I've since stopped my little experiment.

Theres a game that I completely forgot about. I loved all of the Civ series and Alpha Centauri. But Alpha Centauri's editor had too many bugs

I play games while on the forum-it isnt that difficult. Just pause the game, and go on the forum , like I do.

I've been doing that for the past few days, to be honest, but it's still trickier than just doing the one or the other.

True that. But Im one that can pat my head and rub my stomach at the same time, so that means I can do 2 things at once. I am proud of the little things :p :D

What game are you playing Ode?

And to answer your question: Yes! But with difficulty

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

There you go, I guess you truly are talented. :D I draw the line at walking and talking at the same time, and even then it can get tricky.

Hey, heres a random thought, is that bouncing pot smoker going to be your avatar? Im sure georgi would be extatic about that :D

Nope, my next avatar change is on Monday, and it's a surprise what I'm changing it to.

Georgi just loves my current avatar, anyway. :D She says it's 'obscene'.
Which is why I picked it, of course. ;)

Werent you going to eventually change it back into the Morrison picture? You obviously dont have to, if you dont want to.

How many avatars have you had since you arrived at SYM?

Eventually, yeah. It'll probably be back within my next couple of changes. For old times' sakes, as it were.

Ermm, lessee...Jim Morrison, my first, joint-smoking Yoda, Beldin's bong, Odie looking cunning, 'classic' Odie with the animated tongue/drool, and now this one, the flappy tongue smiley. Six, unless I've forgotten any. :)

Thats cool, but Im sure people identify people through the avatars, so sometimes, people on the forum arent sure who you are because your avatar keeps changing. I dont mind, though. Variety is a good thing.

My list of avatars is a long one:
lets see.....Ive got the knight......thats it. Probably going to be quite a while before I change it-people say they like it, I like it. Why change a good thing?

I've had a few cases of not being recognized after an avatar change, but I figure that's what the name above the avatar is for. :D After I changed my first one, I just figured I'd change every time I got bored of my current one.
LOL, if you think it's confusing when people change avatars you're just going to love my next one... :D

Hi there people of the RT and other visitors.
I'm back from the beautifull country off Belgium.
Alot of rain, but the beer is cheeper then in The Netherlands.
I haven't read all that's talked about here, except that Ode is playing Zelda (one of the best games ever, expeccially the SNES one)
Just wanted to tell you that I'm back in action!!!
