T’lainya came up from the water laughing. “You’re in trouble now.” She giggled and splashed him with water. There was more splashing and giggling from the room. Gwally decided dinner wasn’t going to be quick tonight. Dp and T’ emerged quite a bit later, both still smiling.

As T'lainya went to her room. Darkpoet walked to the kitchen, whistling and stopped as he looked at the faces of the others. They were not to happy, Gwalchmia had the most sourest look on his face.
"Gwal, you been sucking lemons? Why didn't you start dinner? Here Dw, the ring doesn't work on Elves, I knew that before I took it."
Darkpoet smiled a Dw and tossed the ring to her.
"Okay, who's hungry?"
He quickly started with shrimp and scallops, cooked in lemon and butter. Mixed with pasta, and cilantro. Dp started grilling swordfish steaks, Yellow fin snapper, he cut yellow squash and zucchini, long ways. He put them on the grill, with red and yellow peppers cut in half.

After a few minutes, he served the dishes, just as T'lainya set down at the table. Darkpoet set plates down in front of everyone, when he set Gwally's plate in front of him. There layed, two pieces of bread, the elk soap and a wilted piece of lettuce, as a garnish.
"Gwally, you should never, ever, interupt the chef, when he is taking a bath." :D

Inside his cabin, Brink realised that he was running out of arrows. If he was planning to stay here, he'd better make some new ones.Fortunately, making the arrows wasn't really difficult; it was surprisingly easy for to enchant them, given that the enchantment was a pretty powerful one.The difficult part was finding the appropriate materials needed; a strong, yet light kind of wood that can only be collected from certain types of trees. He knew that these trees were found in abundance where he previously lived, but he wasn't too sure if he could find them here.

Perhaps it's best if I do a little scouting in the forests nearby, Brink thought as he put his armour back on, besides, it's still pretty early; the sun is still up.He stepped out of his cabin, carrying his bow and as many arrows as he could find, just in case he ran into any hostilities. He wanted to tell his host(ess)s where he was heading off to, but decided against it, thinking that they were probably too busy doing other things at the moment {OOC: :p }."I won't be gone for long anyway," he muttered to himself as he left the Keep grounds.

T’lainya had to stifle a giggle at Darkpoets comment. She looked up to see DW smirking at her and started laughing again. She looked down quickly at her plate. “It looks delicious Dp, thank you. Mmmm it tastes as good as it looks too.” She avoided looking at Gwally’s plate, with it’s lonely little lettuce leaf.

Darkpoet couldn't stand it any longer. He took Gwally's plate and replaced it with real food.

Brink wandered deep into the forest, his hopes of ever finding the material he needs to make the arrows slowly fading away. The sky was already turning dark; he could tell that it was probably dinner time by now.His stomache was already starting to make noises, telling him that it needed food.Yet, he was determined; he promised himself that he won't return empty-handed...

Darkpoet winked at T'lainya. Dw coughed, she was rolling her eyes, when Dp looked at her. He blushed and looked into his plate.
"Has anyone seen Brink?"

Dw looked up, "I showed him a room, he said no thanks. He told me, he was going to stay in the shack."

Darkpoet just about spit out his food.
"He sleeping in the wood shed? Why? I hope, he doesn't wander off near the ruins, he might not get a nice reception."

After Jenna left for her swim, which Waverly had watched with interest, Viv decided to give him a piece of her mind. (Not literally, let's not stray here) ;)

She open her mouth, and got her finger in the correct 'disapproving school marm' position, but Waverly placed a fruity drink in her other hand. With the choice of either a drink, or yelling, she was left with only one true option.

<Later>

"Ladies?"

"Yes?" Viv said with a slight blush, how could she have lost at Poker to Waverly ten times in a row?! He must be cheating. She gave the cheater a smile, hoping he would forget to collect after the interuption, and turned to the women standing before her. Those who had welcomed them were with them again, as radient as ever.

"It is time. We must send you back."

"Okay." Vivien said standing and 'accidently' knocking all cards to the ground.

"Great, I was just getting bored with the facilities." Jennabard said from her position on a chair nearby.

The women nodded and joined hands, Vivien grabbed Jenna's hand with her usual death grip, and soon the mists were enfolding them again.

When the mists faded, both girls stood in a forest, shadow around them, and what looked like a keep in the distance.

Vivien blinked, trying to clear her vision, and laughed at the thought of not having to pay Waverly back.

After finishing Dark Poet’s sumptuous repast, they all decided to sit outside and watch the night descend. Dragon Wench noticed that the breeze was cool on her bare skin.

“It’s beginning to get cold, I think that we could be in for an early winter,” she said thoughtfully. She saw that Gwally’s eyes were twinkling at her comment, and she lightly punched him in response.

Georgi nodded in agreement and rubbed her arms as another gust of wind whistled through the trees.

For some reason best known to himself, Dark Poet sat on the steps and began to vigorously polish his sword.

Georgi raised her eyebrow at him curiously. “Did you happen to notice that there’s a change in the weather coming?”

At this, Dark Poet smiled rapturously. “Yes, I did notice that, but I have the perfect solution,” he said in almost breathless excitement.

They gazed at him in puzzlement, it was not often that Dark Poet became quite this stimulated by something. Finally, Gwalchmai gave an exasperated snort.

“Well, out with it then, what is it that has you so hot and bothered?”

A euphoric, slightly dazed expression, spread across Dark Poet’s face. “Sheep,” he said dreamily. “We could raise our very own sheep, and use the wool for our winter garments and blankets.” He sighed in happy anticipation at the thought of the nearby meadow dotted with the contentedly munching animals. The soft... plush... tender... compliant... docile... contentedly munching animals.

"This forest is surprisingly devoid of life..." thought Brink as he continued his search. It was starting to get chilly as the darkness of the night begins to take over the comfort of the day.He was approaching what looked like an old ruin when he caught sight of a cluster of trees which looked similar to the ones he was searching for.He heaved a sigh of both relief and joy, knowing that his search has ended. As he walked towards the trees, his feeling of joy was replaced fear, as he begin to recall something about the trees which was previously forgotten: they thrive in the presence of creatures which are both vicious and evil...

Thantor crouched down in front of her. "Anicka?" She looked up at him, still confused, to find him looking at her in a not unkindly way. "There will be none of that, do you understand? I am Thantor, nothing more. I don't want anyone else to know of this. Swear it."

"I swear, my … Thantor," she said, recovering herself.

"Good. Once we leave this place, we'll talk about certain information that should be included in your report to the Court."

"Very good, sir," Anicka replied sharply.

"If you do that again, I'll spank you," Thantor said in a teasing tone. "I put my pants on one leg at a time, just like you. As far as I'm concerned, you are still the ranking officer, so don't think you are going to off-load all of this on me." His tone of voice and the offer of a spanking ( :D ) did much to ease Anicka's confusion and embarrassment. Thantor quickly refocused them on the task at hand. "Now that we are armed, I need to find my colleague. There is a third set of cells and a holding area I need to check that are close to us, then we can go back and free your men. Sound like a plan?"

"Very good, sir," Anicka said in a decidedly taunting fashion. Thantor sighed. He wondered if this is how it would feel to be Waverly ( :D ).

[OOC: For Waverly version, insert "Thantor sighed happily."]

Somewhere outside of Trademeet, a dark figure rode through the sultry Faerun night. Cloaked in deepest black and riding astride a midnight-shaded horse, the shadowy form moved swiftly westward. It paused, considering its course. How could it have lost the trail? It knew that the Ring had last been known of in Trademeet, in the possession of some harem whose members used it for the sustenance of prolonged orgies of pleasure, lasting up to a month and a half. That harem was now defunct, although its members had apparently regrouped and were now calling themselves the Something or Other Flame Society. Or some such. Renowned warriors they were; report of their spectacular deeds reached far and wide. The figure chucked, a low, gurgling, horrible sound. Well, it thought (if thought it could be called), they were still no match. If they still had the ring, he would find it and bring it back. The Master wanted it, and when he had it, his power would be complete. And the dark figure sitting motionless astride that massive black steed, he would be chief in command.

Visions of the dark kingdom swirled through the figure's heart. Lust for power consumed him. He spurred his horse onward, led on by his sense for the Ring. That knight, Fentan, she was nowhere to be found. The way was clear to find the Whatever-it-was Flame.

It sped in the direction of the Keep.

{OOC @All: Just having a bit of fun, we don't have to go on with this, if it's disruptive :) }

Darkpoet looked at the shock faces, he was wondering what he had just said. He looked from Gwally to Dw, Darkpoet didn't like the looks on the faces. He then realized, what he just said, frowning he walked away from the group. "So, they want to play, do they." Darkpoet thought to himself, grinning evily he headed to his room. "Hmmmmmm, what should I do? Send Brink to her room in the middle of the night? Put skunk cabbage in her bed? No, she would just go to another room. Hehe, I got it." Darkpoet headed to the kitchen, whistling. When he got there, he started packing his cookbooks. Darkpoet carried all his cookbooks to the courtyard, and piled them up. Taking a torch, Darkpoet lit the cookbooks and watched them burn.
He walked back into the kitchen, poured himself a nice glass of white wine and sat down.

Brink approached the trees carefully, wary of whatever creature he might encounter. He slowly held up the axe which he found in the cabin provided for him by his new companions. With one swift swing, he managed to bring down one of the trees. He quickly dragged the log back towards the way which he came from, knowing that he was pretty much dead meat if he was ambushed along the way.The chillness of the night and his own hunger made it hard for him to go on.He felt weaker and weaker the longer he journeyed on, until at one point, he couldn't feel his arms anymore. It wasn't long before he finally lost consciousness of his surroundings

IC: Gwalchmai stared in horror, "No! Not the cookbooks! I was really looking forward to that great chocolate torte! Sh!t. Now its just fried C-Rations from here on out." He sat down, poured himself a glass of wine from Darkpoet's bottle, and warmed himself by the fire. It was starting to get a little cool these nights. Gwalchmai dejectedly nibbled on some elk soap. :D

Waverly pulled the cards out from inside his sleave and hastily jotted down a record of his 'winnings'.

He was determined to present it to Viv at their next meeting, though he was certain she could never make good on her debt from game 7... even if she was willing. He had only seen that trick successfully performed by the sword swallower from the travelling circus... [ :o ;) ]
