I found SYM a late night when I was bored (my lab was closed at the time, so I was often bored). I had previously posted a few posts at the BG2 forum, but this was the first time I actually scrolled down the whole list of fora, and found SYM I didn't lurk at all - I started reading the Anatomy thread (not the current one, an old one that was full of spam) and posted a presentation of myself, which I later found out I had managed to post 5 times since my mouse driver was totally crazy at the time.
I don't remember who was the very first person I encountered, but T'lainya was one of the first, and she was very nice and helpful, just as she still is I also remember I took an instant liking of Weasel since he shared my deep hatred towards Aerie Other people I immediately liked were Flagg, Waverly (yes you heard me) and Brink. Since I liked it here, I stayed on...and on...and I'm still here more than 1 year later.

However another way of viewing this is as 'community' and the new people posting here that I have seen are genuinly welcomed and soon part of the community.

Welcome to SYM Bruide I see you are from one of my favorite countries on earth I used to do a lot of climbing in Scotland when I was young and careless I love the place, I've been there at least 20 times.
