How would some of the SYMians sound like?

Anything goes... just keep it clean.

@Kayless: I thought about casting your voice as Minsc, but I thought you might not be into...rodents. :D

I'm not so sure that I sound like Valygar. If I was to cast my own voice, I'd use the NWN voice sets instead and claim the Psychotic Killer. That would suffice. :D

You sound like Solaufein ;)

Well, not really the tone of your voice so much as the kinds of things you talk about :D

Hamsters, no. But naked mole rats are cool :D You know, a goblin warrior that rides a capybara would rock too. Image

I don't know, I think the Southern evangelist soundset would suit you quite well :D

@Scayde, lol! I can just see Taco keenly running about SYM offering up "shiny ones," and any other number of services :D

Or start forging things out of SYM relics. Imagine what would happen in the Tome of Be was combined with the Golden Speedo......

@Kayless: Naked rats, eh? So...how's the weather up there in Alaska anyway? :D

@DW: Thank you. :) Next time I call, I'll be sure and have my best Sunday sermon ready. ;) "I saaaaaaay...attack!" :D

NWN has some awesome sound sets...I'm hoping the upcoming expansions will include more. Really, the Psychotic Killer takes the cake to me. :D

@Scayde: After watching you play through BG2 on your computer, I think I'll put the Sola mod on my own next time I play through. That way, we can both play when I *finally* get around setting the LAN up... :D ;)

Tiax rules all! As he says. He made cameo appearence in BG2, and was an NPC in BG1. He is an gnome of chaotic evil alignment, but he went batty with whatever power he could grasp, and made his cameo in the government district in BG2, where the guards carted him away, where he made his second appearence in the asylum, where you fight Irenicus. You dont remember the line, "Tiax rules all!"?

Ill give you an image of him, if you want.
“Caw, Caw!” The call of the wild calls you. Are you listening? Do you dare challenge their power? Do you dare invade? Nature will always triumph in the end.

oh, it was him. well, the whole gnome thing is less than satisfactory, and he certainly doesn't have my dashing good looks, but he's a good man - uh, gnome thing.

and regarding sounding like him, in voice, no. in phraseology, um, it's quite scarily close. depends on my mood of course, but hej.

Yeah, close enough. I figured any guy who would sit up high in trees, dressed in camos with blue hair, attacking innocent passers-by indiscriminately, qualified for Tiax-dom. ;)

it's not indiscriminate, I only attack if...

er...

I only attack humans. and possibly animals. and occasionally the more suspicious-looking plants. so only living things.

oh, and inanimate objects by mistake, but they don't count.

Right now? Warm and sunny with 24 hour daylight. :D God I love summers in Alaska. Image

Ah, life in the sub-arctic paradise, where the sun never sleeps. Of course, I suppose that one finds a way of dealing with this, unless they plan on going completely bonkers from an odd sleep cycle.

Wait a minute...actually, this would explain alot. :D

Sleep is overrated. :p Plenty of time to sleep when you're dead.
