Heh, I've gotten into nasty debates. The funny thing is it always ended up with some nonsense people can't back up besides "Well my pastor says..." or something like that.
I just thought of another thing. "Gothic" girls who adore pink, fuzzy, cute and cuddly critters.
If you're going to label yourself a stereotype, please, take the effort to at least fit it before making yourself look more of an idjit.

Yeah, that's another reason I don't like getting into religious debates. Eventually, you'll hit some brick wall of circular reasoning, and the only thing between you and success is their "faith," which is unbreakable due to superb indoctrination.
I don't like stereotypes, so maybe finding out someone who is stereotypical has a quirk that is the complete antithesis of that stereotype would probably make me laugh. The idea of conforming to a specific group to "belong" never appealed to me.

Oh, so I was bored listening to my CD and listened to the radio. We got this new rock station, Rock 93.1, and they love to claim how they have fewer commercials than other radio stations... they never seem to count the amount of times they plug that cheesiness, and I can't stand that.
I also can't stand the whole "Call us and tell us what you think" bit. I don't need to hear other people's opinions on a radio station. It was worse on MTV back when I actually used to watch it; they would cut into a music video, totally block a quarter of the screen with some ugly freak, and block out the music so some complete loser who drove all the way across the country could say how much they love so and so. It bites!

When people try if the toilet door really is locked, even though there clearly is a red sign underneath the doorknob. People trying to break the door in when I'm concentrating on no. 2's and stuff always makes me feel invaded in my privacy. If you really have to go urgently, just knock or something.
Also annoying: people who just throw garbage out in the open, even though it's obvious that there is a litter box close by (like at the parking place of a gas station). It's impossible not to polute the environment while you're living the human life, but behaviour like that is just ignorant laziness.

For the first time in a while, I know exactly what you mean, and I'm in the same situation! Luck to you....
