The dragon flies overhead and lets off a searing stream of acid towards you. The acid hits both of you, sliding off of Aladine's magical armor.

Kaleb takes 14 points of damage.

The dragon roar's and seemed extremely agitated now as it's flying away from you and banking to turn again.

A note, you can now run 50% faster, and attack an extra time per round. So you can cast an extra spell, or hit once more each round until this wears off.

*Aladine casts Burning hands and electrical elemental dart at the man atop of the dragon.*

The darts speed off into the distance and hit the man, the fire flares out into a cone in front of you and doesn't come close to reaching the dragon.

The darts do 19 damage to the man.

The dragon's turned around by now and is heading back at your direction. It lands on the field between the tree's and you. You notice, it's not all that big at all, and the rider happens to be a gnome with a shortbow. The dragon only stands about as tall as horse. It starts stalking you slowly, snarling and cursing it's own language.

The gnome laughs and leans forward in his saddle.

"What is it you wish to do with us then? My friend here seems to be quite upset at your armor bozak. What use do you have for us?"

"We wish to no longer fight, long and mysterious these past two days have been, perhaps you could help us het into this town?"

He stares at you for a moment, petting the dragon's neck and then grins at you.

"The nearest town is about 5 miles north of here, through those trees. You simply wish to go to a town and be left alone then?"

"Well, we are on a quest, I'm not exactly sure where it is we are to go, but perhaps you could be of some assistance on this quest?"

"We are on a quest to seek out an aprentice, Argenta, there are also rumors, that again my friend Kaleb could explain a bit more on, we must report back with information about this army, and with Argenta. If she is dead we must reportback immeadietly to the white robes council. The white robes cannot do such acts that deal with so many death."

The dragon's claws sink deep into the ground and it hisses. The gnome grins at you and says

"Your town is that way Bozak. How about we meet back there and see if I can help you or not?"

The dragon flexes it's legs and launches itself into the air as the gnome calls out, laughing.

"Beware the roaming Minotaur. I hear they're nasty around these parts."

You hear a clashing sound inside the forest, very loud noises and grunts.

Yes, but you can only glide. You can't lift off and fly. If you were going from high altitude to a lower one you could glide, like a rooftop, or a cliff.

You see the two skeleton's backing out of the forest, slashing at a group of minotaur's. One of them drops a minotuar to the ground and they keep backing up fighting them off.

I was going to say we should wait for Blake to get back, and I need sleep too.

Introduction for Jakal:

You have made a camp in a nearby area while on a journey, when you finally have rested for the day, packed up camp and lounged around a bit deciding where to head off to, you see a small black dragon flying furiously through the air and swooping down near the treeline in the distance. Upon witnessing the dragon settle in the field for a few moments, and then fly off you became curious and headed closer to see what was going on.

Upon doing so and coming within a few hundred feet, you can make out two creatures, rushing towards the forest. A group of minotaurs which are centered around two skeletons have just reached the edge of the treeline. It seems the minotaurs and skeleton's are fighting, and the skeleton's happen to be fighting back-to-back to survive against the sheer crush of number's.

You see one of the two creature's, who's wearing red robe's has cast a spell, one that you don't happen to be familiar with as it rushes towards the melee.

recognizing this as clear and pure trouble, Jakal casts invisibility on himself and his familiar, gets out his crossbow, wasting some time loading it, and (after this) heads towards the battle at a run, with a slight detour so he doesnt end up too close to any of the strangers or in a line of fire.
