Aahh, well, it's not as if it matters, I'm used to being this weight, and I'd prefer it over the opposite.
Though it's a tad weird when people comment about it while swimming

.
I'm having the same problem...
But if you're worried there is a rule of thumb: you calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). That's your weight in kg divided by the square of your heigth in cm. If it's between 19 & 25 it's OK.
Lower than 19: go to the suplementary feeding center for some high energy biscuits (BP5).
Lower than 15: we'll start dripfeeding you.

Awww, Rav, I LOVE Lemon Meringue, that's really bad you can't eat it

.
And it's anorexia, bullimia is when you eat, then vomit. Ugh, don't know why anyone would do that, vomit tastes disgusting.
@Lestat: Well, I don't know my height, maybe I'll figure that out later.
And as I say, I've been like this since very young, so it's not as if someone commenting hurts me personally, but I can do a cool trick where I suck in my stomach

@Rav, that sucks!
I need your advice guys.

Three of my friends are coming over: Ashley, Staci, Zoe.
Here's the situation.
Ashley and Zoe are Queen fans like me.
Staci's not a Queen fan.
Ashley and Staci are friends.
Ashley and Zoe are friends.
Staci and Zoe are NOT friends. They're more like rivals, I think, but they don't want me to know.
Ashley and Zoe are better friends than Staci.
I hate excluding people, but I also don't want a big fight at my place.
Uhm, so yeah, what do I do?

Meh. I don't like Lemon things much.
So, it's not too much of a loss to me.
Oh, it's one of those mental things, I suppose. You eat to satisfy your hunger but then conciously or subconciously refuse to digest it or it's like some sort of gag reflex. *shrugs*
@OS, LOL! You should write Mathematics exam papers. That is so similar to the kind of question they pose.
What do they have in common? Any particular interests, for example?
For your weight: the main point is how many calories you take in and how many you burn... when and how has fairly little infuence. Who wants to loose weight will have to eat less. period.
the whole not eating breakfast makes you gain wait is more about your metabolism processing the food. If you eat breakfast and get your metabolism going, when you eat lunch youll be burning mroe calories digesting the food and what not than you would other wise.

@Sol: Ooo, that is bad. Are you sure they'll actually fight. If they all come over, well, as long as someone else is in the room, it'll probably be alright... but I can't really help you, as I haven't really been in that situation before.
@Rav: Awwww, I can hear your cries from here about Lemon Meringue. Well, shoving your fingers don't your throat isn't really sub-concious.
@Phreddie: My metabolism doesn't need to get going, it doesn't ever stop  .

*nods* That'd be the concious part then.
Ahh, that's great Phreddie!

When your daily intake is two times as much as it needs to be, eating breakfast will help you nothing.

Take them out for coffee?
And bulemia is a conscious thing, you eat, and then go to the bathroom, and proceed to physically induce vomiting, I dont want to go into details, but has anyone ahd anything shoved to far down their throat it made them want to vomit? Its sort of the same way.

@Phreddie, that's great, glad to hear it.
@Rav: I thought so too
@Lestat: Well, I think it applys in most cases, not everyone
@Phreddie: I've laughed so hard I ended up vomitting, that was after I had drunk some water though... very strange.

Well we all have different metabolisms agreed. I don't want to go into scientific detail, it is a spamthread after all.

Neither do I say that skipping breakfast is necessarily healthy.
But the theory quoted does not exactly correspond with what I learned during cellular biology. And the main cause of getting fat, apart from your personal metabolism, is eating too much. And the main cause of malnutrition is eating too little.

Send Staci to me and I'll entertain her while you do up a Queen night with Ashley and Zoe.

@Lestat: I agree with you completely. It's basically, you have to burn more than you bring in, that way, your body burns fat, which, obviously, makes you weigh less. Perhaps it also has to do with that not eating then, means you eat more at lunch, and you then have more to burn, which means if you don't burn it all, you burn fat. Whereas you might have burnt it if you had it for breakfast.
@Mag: And on that, no doubt,
horrifying note, I shall leave.
Bye all, I shall be back later.

Ah, sorry, had to go for a bit.
@Rav, hehe, I had to resist adding, "When will Staci arrive in Grand Central Station if Ashley and Zoe are talking about her at 6:31pm?"
Eh, I'm not sure if they have any common interests. They never talk.
Bye DJV!
@Mag, hi, and don't you ever change?

Or we could just bring them all over to a convenient place, fill the kiddie pool with mud, and watch the fireworks start

quickly on the breakfast debate.
And for Kitten: cross your fingers and arrange seating in a way that Stacy minimises contact with Zoe. And have something ready (books, comics games, whatever) that she can do if she gets fed up with you three drooling over Queen.

I get a déjà-vu.

LOL! They both talk to you though, have either of them told you of something they like which the other happens to like?
whatever that she can do if she gets fed up with you three drooling over Queen.
I'm thinking that Staci is the sanest of this group.

@BS, oh, grow up!
@Lestat, the problem is, we'll be watching the DVD (Live At Wembley Stadium), and we'll probably be singing/lip syncing, etc. I don't want Staci to feel left out or anything, and I for sure do not want a fight, or in this case, probably a situation where no body talks and it's all awkward. It won't be like that if it's just Ashley and Zoe and I, we're better friends, more similiar when it comes to interests, and we're also insane and laugh at the same stupid stuff.
@Rav, nope. I can't think of any similarities.
And yes, Staci is probably the most mature (and sane) of us.
