@BS, oh, grow up! :rolleyes: :p :D

@Lestat, the problem is, we'll be watching the DVD of the Live At Wembley Stadium, and we'll probably be singing/lip syncing, etc. I don't want Staci to feel left out or anything, and I for sure do not want a fight, or in this case, probably a situation where no body talks and it's all awkward. It won't be like that if it's just Ashley and Zoe and I, we're better friends, more similiar when it comes to interests, and we're also insane and laugh at the same stupid stuff. :rolleyes: :D

@Rav, nope. I can't think of any similarities. :(

And yes, Staci is probably the most mature (and sane) of us. :D
Well if she's the more mature just warn her from the beginning you're going to goof of like the adrenaline drunk crazy fans you are and that she eithers goofs along or keeps quiet... in a slightly jocular tone that conveys that the underlying message is serious but without offending her. phew. ;)

Well, I warned her we'd be listening to a lot of Queen, Eagles, Beatles, Def Leppard, etc., while they were over, and I don't think she really likes that kind of thing. She's one of those people who watches every episode of The OC, gets into fights with her friends often, etc., etc. But the thing with Staci, she feels like she has to do something not to be rude, even though I want to scream, "It's not rude, I didn't mean to invite you in the first place, ahhh!" :rolleyes: :D So yeah. :p I told her we'd be listening yo and watching the DVD, and she kind of looked away and says, "Ooh, that's okay..."

Well, just provide her with an escape route, or infect her with your madness or give her earplugs and something else to do... but I have to go, it's waaaaaaay past my bedtime. ;)

Alright, well, night. :) I might just forget to call her, I know it sounds horrible, but I really don't want her there. :( I hate this.

Well, I suppose you'd be doing her a favour if she doesn't like that stuff...I know I wouldn't, but that's just me.
There's probably a better way, but I just can't think of one at the moment. :(

I've told some other friends, and they say to just not call her. I really dont' want to hurt her feelings, so I might end up calling her and trying to "convince her by force," or something. :rolleyes: :p I'll maybe tell her we're doing nothing she's interested in, or something, and I'll make her change her mind. That sounds meaner though. :rolleyes:

*nods* Yeah, that's like deliberately excluding her rather than 'forgetting' to call her.

Yeah. Well, technically, I told her to call me. If she doesn't call, I could just tell her later, that, "Well, you didn't call, so I assumed you didn't want to come..." Would that work? :( Gah, I'm such a lousy friend.

You could do that, but the bigger problem is if she does ring.

The best thing is probably to talk to her about this. Say that it's her choice whether she wants to go along but you think she really won't enjoy it. Ask her what she would like to do, try to some kind of common interest, some activity or event that you would both like and then perhaps go along to that as some kind of compensation perhaps.
If she still wants to go along to your music-fest, just make sure she has the opportunity to leave if she wishes to, without making her feel uncomfortable.

Wow, you're changing your avatar a lot tonight. :p

Yeah.

You're right. I don't know if she'll even call, she might think that if I really wanted her there I'd call myself, I don't know! If she does call, yeah, I'll ask her, and I might hint a little that she won't enjoy it, and see if she changes her mind or not. So, either way, whatever.

Yup. I've realized I haven't done much for Mr Deacon. :rolleyes: :p :o

Well, perhaps you should call her about it. That would show you care, rather than be appearing to make excuses in order to stop her attending.
Just the fact you have guilt over this, shows you care.

Um...I'm glad you're doing your bit to promote every Queenite. *nods* :p
@Mag, hi, and don't you ever change? :rolleyes: :laugh: :p
I'm assuming this is a sarcastic, rhetorical question, not worthy of my obvious response. No.

I'm bored. :(

I need to be awake at 7 am tomorrow to start moving my stuff. :( I'm getting hammered after I'm all moved in though. I have tons of wine, two kinds now, plus raspberry vodka. I'll make more of my special wine/vodka mix that's so tasty. :D

I decided I'm going to see exactly what the NWN engine can handle tonight before going to bed. Maybe I can crash it! :p

PSST, am I getting your friend for the weekend, or are you just going to ignore her?
