Good thing you're not a Czech, too hard to spell. Not as bad as Czechoslovakian though. Phew.
I'd hate to be a Czechoslovakian. Everything is hard to spell there. They have town names without vowels. Like Prbsk or something.

The official Czech website:

Wow, I'm posting rubbish.
No you'd be one or the other. Think of the customs nightmares otherwise
.
Czech trivia- beat this ik.
The origin of the sugar cube can be traced to the Czech town of Dačice.
Wouldn't be able to pronounce that town, though.
...According to the Guinness Book of World Records, the prehistoric settlement of Dolní Věstonice in Southern Moravia is the oldest town in the world. It dates back to 27,000 BC, the Ice Age.
...Sigmund Freud was born and spent the first years of his life in what is now the Czech Republic.
...The soft contact lens was invented in Czechoslovakia by professor Otto Wichterle in 1961.

I know they're seperated... But when you live on the border of the two.... Would you still be a ChSlovn?

And this is new 'how'?
Call it a new level of depravity.
Next I'll be selling holidays in the Czech Repub.
This is a great website! Now I can tell people cliches in Czech.
Zabít dvě mouchy jednou ranou.
To kill two flies with one hit.
To kill two birds with one stone.
Chodit kolem horké kaše.
To walk around hot porridge ("kaše" - any food of a mashed consistency).
To beat about the bush.
Now if only I could pronounce or spell these words (with an English keyboard).

That's useless knowledge. But what if you find yourself in the city of Gottwaldov, on the Mladcovská road? That sugar cube won't help you then, nor will a super ancient town or whatever else crap you posted for trivia.
Nooo, what you must then do, is drive south until you get to Gahurova road, where you turn right. Then, you follow the curve until you reach Highway 49. Turn left there and you'll be in Vizovice in no time.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/)
And where is Vizovice on an Ordnance Survey map? Or it's GPS position? Hmm?
At least I can confuse the locals with cliches.
lat=49.22, lon=17.85
Chech people are confused people already... no, that's not prejudiced. First they have one country, then they make 2 out of it... How confused is that....
Same with Belgium...
