Be is the essence that is unique to each individual. The Be is inside, and one must remove oneself from the limitations and expectations that are thrust upon us by the world around us. Only when we can look at ourselves without viewing what we see with any preconcieved notions or designations that have been forced upon us by external forces, can we find the true essence of who we are, And then we may discover the individual signature of our own unique Be. And only then, once we have recognized ourselves as we truly are, may we begin to exist in a true state instead of that which we appear to be.
