So B.S. that's not lipstick on you either?
You sad sad man, without... ??? (if you want you can insert hoppa here, he always does :p ) the Tigers would not be... :D :D :p
At least it's better than Manly/Brisbane/Canterbury! :D

And no, it's not lipstick, it's the blood of the vanquished. :D

Re: what kind of imaging software??

SS, are you using an imaging software of sorts. If this is the case, you may have damaged you hard drive. One of the limitations of imaging software is that both drives are usually required to be of similar size. Heads, cylinders, sectors, etc... If not it can and probably will damage the FAT. FDISK might be your only recourse. I'd check the docs on the imaging software and then their web site for any tech support possibilities. Please post more.

Do have any data that may be lost on your new 40 GB drive in performing a FDISK. If so, I'd make data recovery your first option.
I don't understand what you mean by 'imaging software'...

When I first got the 40 gig, I duplicated the 8 gig onto the 40 gig and it worked properly, but then I reformatted the 40 gig and made it the slave drive. I shoulda gone with my original intention of replacing the 8 gig. :(

Someone, pour me a drink. Sheesh, I believe we have a forum for these questions. :D ;) I guess SS is excused because she involuntarily volunteered for the wet t-shirt contest. :D

Morning, Morning

**Pours a bowl a cheerios and grabs a bottle of Oban instead of milk.** Now this is the breakfast of champions.

SS,

Let's back up from imaging software. How exactly did you plan on moving all data from your 8 GB HD to your new 40 GB HD?

Anyone want a bite of my cereal. Mmm Mmm Good. :D

First time for everything.

@Mr Snow - Don't go pointing the finger. The tiges won in '69 and they can do it again!
I am curious though do you support the Knights cause you come from Newcastle?

Ned the bear stopped me drinking that shine last time I tried, and by the amount of blood around her I wasn't about to argue. - Curdis !
