I was researching MP3 players for someone. One that website link you posted about the iPod it says it can hold 15,000  . So good luck  .

Anyone who fills even half that amount of storage is just crazy. :p

Lots of work ahead of you there, John. :D

Curse you, Rav. Don't say such thing when there are people around with a all too graphic & perverted imagination (such as I). :D

I think half of us could twist anything that anyone says. :p Say you're eating a clementine and someone's bound to twist it.

*shakes head* 15,000 track capacity. That's a lifetime's work in collecting songs and copying them in. Until someone brings out 120GB at a reasonable price and you go out and buy that. What do you do then, eh? :D

Oh, and they'll say your 60GB player is ancient and there isn't a chance in hell of transferring music from it :p . So time to start over again... ;)

The wonders of technology. Have to love it. :D

I know someone with an iPod. Wonder if he managed to fill his to capacity. :p

In a couple of years you'll look at what you have on there and wonder why you ever put Mozart on there. But you won't be bothered to delete it because there'll still be 7,000 slots left to fill. Personal challenge! :D

Hehehe :D Mozart rocks! (well, not excacly rocks, but you know what I mean :p )

At least you'll have the opportunity to put every single song you have heard/ will hear on there. And still have 5,000 left to spare.... :p

Am I being to anti-iPod here? :D ;)

I'll try and stop. Don't want to put you off your birthday present. :D

Tsk. Thought I was one of the only ones. The Shuffle version is somehow worse though. :p

I'm a flull fledged I Pod hater. I think, though, that the shuffle has some uses, although, it is still a steaming pile of poo. :) I guess the think I hate about I Pods is just their popularity, amongst ignorant people... (Like the ones who say "It's not an mp3 player, it's an ipod," or even worse, the ones who call an mp3 player, an MP3. It makes me maaad) and the way everyone excepts an inferior product for the label. Kinda like internet explorer! :)

Ahh, you can't hate the ignorant/careless ones. Think how many people would be out of a job then. :p ;)

There's always going to be people like that. The worst ones think they're smart when in fact they're as clueless as the rest.

Exactly. Like the ones who smugly inform you it isn't an MP3 player, it's an Ipod

Well, I'll be going into the industry that has plenty of those types, eventually. The trick will probably be to laugh behind their backs.

Though the supposedly smart ones will probably be the bosses. :p
