SPOILER concerning Neb: highlight the following...
In one of the final chapters in BG I, you're accused of murdering the Iron Throne members when you were in Candlekeep. Upon returning to Baldur's Gate, you are apprehended by the Flaming Fist and put into jail, awaiting execution. One of the other prisoners will eventually reveal himself to be Neb and will give you a riddle, the answer of which is the number of children he has killed.

later made into the movie Roxanne staring Steve Martin, very funny movie. there are several types of classes that attack, there's some anti-palidans, a spell caster and some fighter types, dunno exactly what you're looking for.

Oh him. Just a side thought. How do you know that he is a wild mage? Did he get a magic surge anytime or does it say so in his name?

He says he's a wild mage and warns you that he's very dangerous as a result. However I've never seen any weird surge things occuring if you battle him and his pals.
