Okay, I read Deerskin it was good but I think a bit disturbing ? I have read the Blue Sword, but so long ago that I barely remember it... I read a series of short stories by her and thought they were wonderful (again, blurry in memory) She has this ability to imbue certain moments with a lot of intensity for me...

I've not played Daggerfall...*draws on her computer gaming knowledge* is it like Baldur's Gate or Diablo?

Derskin was disturbing, good though since the original fairy tale wasn't very pleasant either. the short stories (if it's the same book) were good.

Completely non linear but no real interaction with npcs. I like it since you can start the quests when you're ready and feel skilled enough to handle them
