And look people, Sylvia have done it again see how he and others like to "help" people there.

P.S. I have nothing against Tal, from what I have seen of the guy, He is a O.K guy with me.Also Tal is in charge of that place.

I looked up this fight and it comes down to Sly tried to tell Tal how to run his board and he put an end to it. Seems Sly thought that since he posts and is on the board more than Tal he should have more say so.
Now you all tell me...If Maurice told Buck something like that how would Buck reply? (This is nothing against Maurice or Buck just an example)

Did you read that topic weasel, Sylvia Thinks that we sould not complait about getting our butt kick by the Red Dragon in the game more that one time, well it take me over 15 trys to kill him(I use Cheat key once to see what he had on him) and at that time I was not logged in the internet so I could not ask for help.

Drakron from reading most of his post you would think he wants you to stop playing if you get killed. I believe the dude has real life messed up with a game.
Example....
Weasel.... The dragon has killed me help.
.
Sly.... Help you?? Your dead.
.
Weasel....I mean the dragon has killed my party. Any help would be welcomed.
.
Sly... Didn't I tell you your dead. Throw the game away. You cannot use a save because that is a stupid tactic.
.
Weasel...But I liked the game..
.
Sly..... THIS THREAD IS CLOSED
That is my opinion on Sly ...His way or the highway.

Have any of you guys read into Syl's posts at all? From what I gather, he doesn't believe in using mages, thinks that they are a waste. No wonder he didn't finish the game...he couldn't.

Yes he Does have a problem, he even pick on Tal in there because he did not take his sugection(read Orders), well I dont get that guy, I does not like BG II because he think its to liniar but he likes IWD, well I like IWD but IWD is a liniar game, no side quests, only going to some ruins and get some.IWD would be a better game if more of the towns there were in the game. But he like IWD better that BG II, I cant undertand him. I hope that he is not a DM because if he is poor players that goes on one of his adventures.By the Way weasel do you know if NWN is free to play on the net?

Hope that is free, I dont like the idea of buy a game and pay to play it (o.k. there is [thank Elistree]a single player option).
Because orgin made a million per month in the (very ugly) Ultima online, everone whats to make the same.I was looking for Everquest in here but after I found out that we have to PAY to play it I have give up. And I am still piss at EA/Origin for ending the Wing Commander saga.(not related to BG II but to UO2)

I'll check into the Everquest thing and let you know what I find. Also I too was very disappointed about the Wing Commander thing, I have III, IV, and Prophecy, and thought them all quite good.

From what I can tell, RPGPlanet is closely linked to Bioware, and I thing it's gaming forums are free. I'll check into the Everquest thing and let you know what I find. Also I too was very disappointed about the Wing Commander thing, I have III, IV, and Prophecy, and thought them all quite good.

Drakron I have almost finished the story you left me a link to. Great story or is that a script from the game.
I played Wing Commander on the SNES and loved it. Maniac was in the ones I played . I had two different ones for the SNES. Got them put up in the attic for safe keeping.

This is not relate to BG II but..
Weasel the story there is...well you know what it is.Its close to the game, and there are two good endings in the game. WC is about Blair, or Maverick (his callsign) maniac in the book is VERY close to the one in the game. I played from WC II on to WC P. its a good space sim, easy to play.the joke about "hey, are you the guy from..." is because Blair was played from WC III on by Mark Hammill and in WC III in the end after the credits Maniac says "Was that the guy from star wars"
