Not too shabby. My project meeting went 1.5 hours when it's usually 20 minutes but otherwise not too bad.
My wife and I just started our cleanse a couple days ago so I'm craving food, but it's not that bad yet. Day 7 is when it usually gets REALLY bad.

If he finds it difficult to keep a 10 minutes/1 mile pace, then a lemonade diet wouldn't be a good idea for training purposes

It's not for training, it's just a cleanse to clean out the system.
And I appreciate being ridiculed for the amount of progress I've made GoG. Considering 10m/mi is actually a very good accomplishment for me, belittling it makes my day.

If you do a search on master cleanse you'll see what we're doing. It isn't for weight lose, just a general cleanse. We do it once or twice a year.
It's amazing... it really clears things out and my asthma and allergies go away completely for about 2 months after the cleanse. But then I put so much crap back in my body they come back.
Only 3 more days til you abandon us.
