@Gog: Damn, I know that feeling. Took ages for them to get them in the suburbs, it'd be murder if we still lived out west.

@Greg: Hey Greg, haven't seen you in yonks (at least, at the same time as me). How are things?

Fine. I was away canoeing last week, so I've not been on in a while. Was surprised... to see the thread limit restrictions... I don't spam much so it doesn't affect me much

Ahh, I always liked canoeing, but doing it at school, I'd always get the dodgy partner, we'd be last back to shore and spend half the time going around in circles. For this reason, I now prefer solo kayaks.

And yeah, I think most were shocked (except the mods obviously). I was a bit anti it, though I've asked a couple of things regarding it, so now, I'm just fence sitting for a bit... let's hope it's not a barbed wire one.

Reminds me of the classic joke of taking a leak in the outback on an electric fence...always gets a laugh.

That's easy Shana: Just slap the eletric fence with the back of your hand four times; GOG falls back in disappointment and you've told him "HA" in the end despite the small shocks you'd receive :D

If you slap it fast enough, you won't receive any shocks. ;)

If you use the palm of your hand it closes and you receive a lot more energy and you feel a lot more cause the tip of your toes and the palm of the hand have more nervous terminations (?). The back of the hand and toes, however, can deal better with shock, have less nervous terminations (?) and they wont close a firm grasp around the wire, so in other words you can escape easily from being shocked to death or lightly shocked. I made electrician school, you know, we were constantly shocking each other and having the "need" to proove how macho we were... well, stupid stuff really, but the back of the hand is better than the palm. Be sure.
