Translation:
1. You have an infection (your fault).
2. You are still getting triggered (your fault).

Bottom line, if it IS eczema/dermatitis and you aren't screwing up, this cream WILL work. I love that attitude. Most troubleshooting guides: Won't work? Plug it in. (that's as far as they go).
