Maybe he's trying to protect himself by playing dead somewhere? Or perhaps he's in search of fresh chicken livers in case he needs to placate them.

Reminds me... the other night one of our cats jumped into the full bath tub (it is a deep soaker tub), while my SO was in there... Neither was very pleased :laugh:

Why would your cat run towards a full tub anyways? What happened?

Well, the cat has a real fixation with water, and he likes walking around the edge of it when somebody is in there taking a bath. On this occasin he lost his balance... :laugh:

Odd. Cats aren't supposed to lose their balance. Maybe something distracted him? Cats cant ignore certain movements

lol. The worst my cat does something like that is when we take hinm to London with us and he bats at the pool. He has a tendecy to fall in, them we have great fun watching him try and get out via the easy set of steps we had put in place for the older members of the family.

Then he disappears into the huge garden for a while and reappears to try and drown himself again. Great fun.

He never does it at home though. Have you been a victim before?

This morning I locked the door when I went to have a shower. Though that was because I didn't feel like the cat opening the door and letting in a blast of cold air
