HBI Duties
Judge - Dragon Wench
Jury (3+)- Juniper1028
Prosecutors (2-3)- Hill-Shatar, Slade
Defense Attorney (2-3)- Phreddie
Head of Investigations (HBI)- Luis Antonio
Interrogator- Lestat
Investigators -(some for prosecuting others for defense)-Ikky
any one can be an investigator they gather and bring evidence to court
So far this is what I have come up with any suggestions. The numbers in pararenthathese is the amount of people allowed for the duty.
I will post this in the HC once I get your thoughts on this.

I dont think that head of investigation should be open for election this term, it should be given to luis for starting ivestigation thread, or he can be an honorary thread, i think juries should be elected after an investigation is closed and before a trial begins, no permanent jurors, for now, and i tihnk that elections hsould beheld once every month or once every two months, so that people dont have too much power for too long.

Luis can decide who should take his place when he is not on line.
Rotating the jury is a good idea but I dont know if well have enough people to keep it rotating.
you a judge I dont know...your still knew here....people might not take this serious...lets wait and see waht the others say.

Now, now my dear, we are trying to stabilize and orgnize the HBI so as to provide a safer environment for our fellow SYMians, we will do all that is in our power to protect the rights of fellow posters, however if certain rights of certain individuals must be violated to ensure the common good, we of the HBI will not hesitate to take the necessary action(s) to ensure your liberties are protected, any officer going above and beyond the call of duty will be commended for his or her service, however any officer outreaching the bounds of his authority by violating ones rights where there is no clear justification, the officer will be brought up for trial to answer for his actions and will be sentenced accordinly. In this agency, the ends never justify the means.

Of all the currently active senior members here i would like to ask a question, slade has been slightly oposed to my position of choice, would i or would i not make a suitable judge for the HBI? I believe that my newness and my innocence, not ignorance, would make me a suitable candidate for a position that requires me to be an impartial arbiter of court proceedings both criminal and civil.
