Ah, I think I see where the misunderstanding comes from.
I meant literal, or let's say almost literal, as a police officer might do (but of course wouldn't). And not figuratively speaking as in a young teenage boy with too much time on his hands.

I learnt the expression from a certain infamous kitten thread.
however any officer outreaching the bounds of his authority by violating ones rights
But I did no such thing! The prisoner accidentally put his hand in the drawer while I was closing it. I swear!
Of all the currently active senior members here i would like to ask a question, slade has been slightly oposed to my position of choice, would i or would i not make a suitable judge for the HBI? I believe that my newness and my innocence, not ignorance, would make me a suitable candidate for a position that requires me to be an impartial arbiter of court proceedings both criminal and civil.
I say it only that your still new here and you dont know everysingle detail about GB or what has gone down in SYM for that fact, if we brough t up something of the past that very few members know would you know it...and as a judge you cant just take a few days to reply.I hold back the nom only to wonder whether you'll take that role seriously. No offense...

Luis said that it was ok aslong as it was organized. I had thought up some duties for us so that the HBI would run smoothly...but certain people got to excited and some other people started to spam on the HBI, now Luis fears that he might close it. He said since Im serious about it that I could do this aslong as its organized. Once we're done I plan to show him the results and get his approval.

Prosecutor is good for lazy people, all you do is present the information that is gathered by the investigators too the judge and the jury, they decide on guiltiness, then if im nto mistaken judge decides sentencing or is that jury too?
ne one gunna answer my question as to my being a judge or nea?

read back, we made him chief inspector, its better to have a judge who hasnt made any lasting impression yet, and who hasnt gotten a lasting impression, less biased in rulings.

That might be the better solution to this problem...if he doesnt agree I thought of DW....
Phreddie this might be a wise choice....so sorry...if he turns it down and then DW then you could try again.

I was thinking Brynn, but she is never online anymore. T and Mahar are way too busy, and Xandax will laugh at the suggestion. fable is also too busy, I am too lazy... and Bloodstalkers own account is soon to pop up.
DW is the way to go... but I wonder how long we can keep that thread clean with her involved.

Yessss
Luis leading the investigation,
Hill collecting even more dirt
I wring some extra confessions out of 'em
DW to judge them.
...
And young, inexperienced Phreddie to defend them.
I like where this is going

Are you sure about this? You may be thinking of the pigs in Animal Farm but I'm irresistably reminded of the French terror. You have a passing resemblance to Robespierre, IMO

Did I make an Animal Farm reference? I am a pig for sure, but... No, I don't get it.
Don't forget, we're dealing with the likes of Fas.
