We get a swing of about 2 hours (not counting DST compensation). With DST it doesn't get dark until around 8pm in the middle of summer. It's just gross that it can be 110F at 5pm.

110F is about 43C, and add about 80% humidity to it.

Luckily it doesn't get as hot as that here (30 during the day (in the shade) 25 during the night). But it is as humid. And the sun is more intense so more risk of sunburn... :speech:
