I lifted weights for the first time in a few weeks yesterday (I do cardio stuff mostly) and it's hurts like hell to bend them at the elbow now: I have very little range of movement. My wrists and fingers are as fit as ever though Rav.
I'm sorry you have a headache OS.

Ouch!!

Hope you feel better soon, must hurt a lot.
It's getting better at least. I think it's just because I have new contacts.

HA! Nothing to do with beer no.
@ Tony, I've had that happen before. It's wicked painful.

My shoulders and back were like that the first two weeks I was doing this job.
@ Juni, Uh-huh. Suuure.

Thanks. No it's not that bad, just really annoying when I try and rub my neck or run my hands through my hair and can't quite get there.
Are these the first contacts you've had or just a new prescription?

Especially since he said his hands and fingers are fine. Maybe they get exercised more often so aren't sore? *ponder* :speech: Nevermind, I'll leave that train of thought.

Cute, but to be properly done that still requires some range of motion in the elbow and bicep of which I have neither. I'm stuck with spam it seems.
