I sincerely hope not. I think that could have been quite painful for my mother when she was pregnant with me in the 70s.

Now, I could definitely get down to it with a nice high pair of platforms. They might get me up to 5 feet 5. Then I would be tall....Yippee!

I am not a hobbit. Just a midget. Over five feet though. And normally taller due to ridiculous heels.

@Vixen; a midget in the genetic sense? Or just vertically challenged? I happen to like short women, I got all the way to 5'7" (in my youth, more like just over 5' 5" now - yes we do shrink as we age....

).

I'm just vertically challenged. But perfectly proportioned...
