Sick, perhaps... but Photoshop allowed me to do it in mere minutes.
I like the avatar too. If I thought I could come out looking like that, I might just consider an operation, if for no other reason than to ogle myself in the mirror. Alas, it's just a temporary. If anyone wants it, they are welcome to it.

And Voo, it's time I told you that while I know your avatar is suppoed to be a woman painted to look like a cello, she appears to have an extra sound-hole in die hemisphaere suedlich.
