It's a victory dance, there has to be some honor if that for someone.

You must also mourn for your fallen soldiers and the only soldier of yours that has died is your honour, *sob* just makes me cry!

It's when a company decides they aren't making enough profit and they cut down on how many employees they have. A nice way of saying "your fired so we (owners) can keep our big paychecks".

Keep the dictionary and blame the language. I understood what you meant but English has that sad tendancy of its words having multiple meanings.
