I can't quite remember anymore - so this is vauge, but I think there is one Golem which can't be killed but has to be deactivated or something using one of the machines.
It is the Golem which walks around "resurecting" the other Golems. You can simply ignore him and just kill what ever he resurects again anyway.

Using one of the machines ??. What machines are those ???. I saw the Golem tht repairs them. He walked by us as we were fighting. I do not have to kill him ??.
What about the "Strange Island" ?. What is on that one and can I get to that one better ??.
Thanks for the help by the way.

Yes, there is a control room on the first level, as you can see

On that level, you will find various things laying around in alchemy tables and chests. There should be several different colour powders laying around in these. These can be used on specific alchemy tables to create artifacts which can be used to help you against the golems.
For the last golem, you just need room 4 (the control room). In there you will find a control panel. Use it to make the number 54 appear. It will summon the repairing golem. You can then use the middle control panel to destroy it. Now do the same but with the number 79 and the undefeatable golem will appear. You can now destroy that using the middle panel.
Note: If you explore the rooms with all the bookcases, you should find 2 books that explain about the various things you can create in the alchemy tables and the codes that can be used to destroy the golems. The golems say things in a strange language when you get to them. These are their numbers, and the books can be used to translate it to the numbers you need.

Undefeatable? Figuratively speaking right? 'Cause I distinctly remember my Fighter/Champion of Torm kicking its arse with Enserric the Greatsword. Only took me two tries as well and that was because I was mucking around with the Shining Armour, or whatever the one you find from the golden suit is called.

The guardian golem which guards the stairs down can be killed in the ordinary way (did it once as well, with a fighter type character) - but it is thought, and when this oppertunity exists, you might as well use it.
However IIRC then the "scavenger" golem (the one that "repairs" the other you've slain) can only be killed in this manner.

Golems Galore
I have been away for awhile but I'm back.
Well, I have tried and tried to kill the Golems and it's futile. I made my self invisible and went to most of the rooms.
Each room has a Golem or several of them.
One room has "Golden Armor" but a trap all around it.
Another room has a control panel and if you try to use it ,,, it kills you. So how do you get around this ?.

No mention
There is no mention of the "Golden Armor" ?. What is that and how can I get it ?.

To get the golden armour you have to disarm the trap yourself, or get a familiar or henchman to do it for you. Then you just walk up to it and click on it and you will pick it up.

This is the most important part.
Getting it is not a problem. I figured that one by my self (hee, hee ). It's,,,,, "who will die for it".

You can use the machine to summon him in the control room and kill him, this will not stop you from being able to kill the others, it just means he cannot resurrect them so they are less annoying as they stay dead

Hi to all. I went to the Golem dungeon
found out a few things. First I cannot kill the slow moving Golem repair man. He just disappears when you go for him. He is not red but he does resurrect the dead Golems.
When you first enter the Dungeon, there is a door ( or room ) off to the right. It is locked and no matter how man times I go through the Dungeon to collect things I cannot open it. What is the deal with that ?.
I did go to the room with the Alchemists apparatus and made the Golem Crusher ?. ( Statue and Blue powder )
Where can you find Red Powder and some of the other things to make "Golem Binder" ?.
I got the Armor and what do you do with it ?. None of my people can ware it including me. Is it safe to sell it ?.

In the Back of the Dungeon is the last door with a Golem protecting it. Laz Zard. I cannot kill him and he kills the whole party. What can I do to get past him ? I used the Golem Crusher on him with no effect.
