It's a European drink, banned from the U.S. because of the use of wormwood in it which makes it a hallucinagon. Unfortunately I had to get a knock-off brand the uses a different form of wormwood that isn't hallucinagenic to make it legal to buy here but still. It's strong stuff and tastes like black jellybeans.

Thank you, it's come with practice, and a good deal of re-reading and correction. The fingers move onto odd keys and you must go slowly to type correctly and see to it you aren't looking the fool for everyone.

BEWARE HEATHENS: Absynthe is indeed a great drinking. But it is far more addictive and related to brain damage than Tequila. I love it, but I really avoid having it more than once or twice a year. Anyway, it has very good taste, a strong feeling of alcoholic goes over you and you're left flying so quick I used to call that Jet (has anyone played Fallout 2 there?). Magrus, you're indeed welcome, but I'll pass the Absynthe for you... except twice a year.

Well, they got out of it pretty well - the COMMies choose Weasley, not them, right? So it seems the animals are safe

I must finish my bottle as no one else will drink it with me. Well, more for me I say. It's terribly expensive to import, so I won't be getting more anytime soon.

Indeed, about the only thing I recall of last night was attacking my stash of gummy bears between shots
Edit:
@CM, my gummi treats quite disagree with you...go go gadget gummi!

Absynthe was illegal here up untill a few years ago.
I've been meaning to try it.

@ Rob-hin- It definately gives you a different kind of drunk, quite a nice one too. Expensive and not something good to take in mass quantities though. So long as you can take the taste of black jellybeans, I'd say go for it at least once.

i've tasted absynthe once, but i was drunk, i just remember that it had a strong alcoholic flavour.. hmm maybe i should try it, dunno what black jellybeans taste like there's no such things in finland
hmm what IM said that they support weasel(not the animal, the man) proves he's really out/passe(sp?) etc. nobody in SYM need a clarification when word weasel is mentioned, it is automatically related to the ultimate evil, el sleazelweazel.. and if one means to refer to the animal, that's when you have to say that i meant the animal, not the other way around..
@CM: who's a li'l grumpy dumpy?? come over here and i'll give you a LOOOOOOOONG pike at fast speed (the pointy head towards you of course

)
@Magrus: hmm, wanna try my tequila-clementine-rise?? and join the heathens?

Somthing occured earlier that I need explained to me, does Coke actually have a taste and why do so many drink it?
Could it be the fact that it makes us thirsty (I knew that bit) + could it also be subliminal messging(?)?
I can't spell

Well, the earliest cokes had cokaine (sp?) in it,thus the name Coka Cola. Cokaine makes people addicted.
That was made illegal some time ago (don't know when).
Todays cokes have a high dose of Cafeine (the same chemical you find in coffe). Which don't damage you as Cokaine does, but it still make you addicted....
The taste though, I have been wondering the same things myself.
I think it is supposed to have some sort of fudge flavor in it.

Well, coke has cafeine, wich explains our addiction. And also, we see coke everyday - you dont ask for a sodapop, you ask "I want coke". If you add coke/guaranĂ¡/energetic drinks with alcoholic beverage you may have a problem, the addiction level goes way up on the charts.
I remember a time when I used to drink lotsa cuba libre... Ah, youth. Anyway, a cousin of mine was such a drinker and told me about starting his addiction - he is really a drunken bastard - then I counsciously remembered that my family has a very bad storic with drinking. Well, joining the drinking disgrace together, I told myself: either I start drinking and run the risk or I do stop. What happened is that I decided to drink, good stuff, only once or twice a month. Well, whatever, the most important thing is: dont mix drunks and avoid coke.
