People - even my friends - think that I'm short tempered and serious and I have no sense of humour... but I'm only standing up for things that deserve to be defended.

Hmm, my parents are going to give me theirs as soon as they get a new one. I forgot about that. I'll see how that goes before purchasing one for a few hundred dollars. Meh, I really just want a new comp.

The trouble is recognising the price;knowing when and how it is paid; and deciding to pay it rather than falling into the debt, ( wondes about the usefulness of the extended metaphor)
In short, join the club, if you want to. I have found my integrity worth the (few) sacrifices made. But that sounds absurd and self righteous, and I do not mean it that way. Only, screw some people, if that makes sense
@ Mag.I have no idea what you mean. If you imply I am intolerant, well maybe. From where I am sittiing I cannot agree. I tolerate a lot I do not like -where does it say I have to pretend I like to truly put up with?

I am me and they can think I'm a loud mouthed, uptight, short tempered, spazzy biatch if they want to.. I'm not sitting back and letting people badmouth people who don't deserve to be badmouthed.

Not at all, I wasn't implying anything about you in the last comment. Simply making a statement of my opinion on the matter of the fact the majority of the population around me is intolerant and it makes people who are frustrated.
