Well in the nothern parts of Australia located ever so close to the Equator, some places tend to get humidity levels around 99% without any rains.Re: different temperatures, over here hot days are always horribly muggy and sticky, and so seem hotter than they actually are, in my experience places like Australia have a much drier heat than here, so higher temperatures are more comfortable. Even when the humidity is really low, there's something about a British sunny day that is just...wrong
