I'll say.
At least I provided a topic of some interest.
I'm just wondering if the latest letter is from the sam person. If so, I may at least be able to piece together a postmark, for all the good it will do.

It'll be great practice in investigation. You can apply for a job at the HBI and you'll be a shoo in

Oh, here's one more detail. The envelope was from a Woolworth's store. It was printed on the inside.

Huh, cheapskate stalkers. Who needs them?

And it was a 1st class stamp...
Talk about a contradiction.
And that's about all I think there is, without sending it off for handwriting analysis or something (did check handwriting too, but it was block capitals

).
I really should be an investigator.

Yeah, I was acquitted for the death of the bunny though?
Oops, sorry. I meant Bunn-AY.

That's not the way I remember it. Did you they try you in absentia and acquit? Most unusual

Well, Lestat was going to continue torturing me. And chu confessing to killing the bunn-ay...
So, I don't know what happened.

Hmmm. Ravager you have to face the fact you are on the run. You face serious charges which at present include murder. There is a chance you could have this reduced to a lesser charge if you turn yourself in. Do it, Ravager. You know it's the right thing to do. You can't live like this, looking over your shoulder all the time, changing your identity, always running, always afraid.

Hiya Sononara. Going to stick around at all?
@Fiona, wow, I'm on the run? That would be why no-one's persuing me then?

They get you in the end. Remember Eichmann. Remember Pinochet.Hopes he's forgotten Ronald Biggs

by Ravager
Yes, remember Ronnie Biggs, one of those Great Train Robbers who went to run away to Brazil and lived a life of luxury and only returned to the UK voluntarily due to his health.
All I have to do is find a country without a HBI-extradition clause!

Sadly, for you Mr Fugitive, they have agents everywhere. Don't even think about Brazil, to choose a random example

by Ravager
Yeah, obviously Brazil would be bad in this cae.
What about some place most people haven't heard of? Qatar for instance?

Posted: Sat Nov 05, 2005 6:17 pm
by Fiona
I don't know about that. I think extradition is a little subtle for them. Think Mordecai Vanunu

You don't know about Qatar? That's the point!
I hadn't heard of it either. It's a small country near Iraq, where all the American high-ups were situated during the war, I think.
Haven't heard of Vanunu, can't imagine it's a good story though...
