Maybe the pats will start something Ty. I don't think the Celtics are all that far away, just a little young at the moment. And the NBA East isn't all that stocked anyway. ;)

I mean before the Pats won the superbowl, it had been 16 years since ANY franchise in New England won ANY championship. Im just glad Superbowl 36 was such a good game-2 great teams fought it out to the final second. Not like what happened in 1986 to the Patriots vs The Bears-when the Bears beat us 46-10. That was a disgrace. Superbowl 34 was also VERY good, when that went down to the final second. It was a tense moment for me because I much preferred the Rams and 1 yard was a bit close :D
Don't even MENTION baseball. Our team stinks. So ill-conceived, and we just lost a player recently from heart complications.

34 was awesome ('m sorry if the numbers in my above post are wrong -- it's getting late and I can't think). Really had me on the edge of my seat.

What I really love about the Superbowl = Commercials. :D

@AC The Cardinals are BAD?! I really dont think so. I know its been a very emotional year, losing Daryl Kile and announcer, Jack Buck, but I truly believe the team is strong. I did pick them to make the playoffs, after all.

@BS We might be close to the NBA finals, but if the Kings or the Lakers dont change anything in their teams, they will be unbeatable for a while. So I dont think the Celtics have much of a chance against them. I thought we were going to beat the Nets in the playoffs, but oh well.

Yes, they are bad. You don't live around here, so I guess it ain't so obvious, but nobody cares for baseball anymore. This season is very bad for us -- and last year wasn't so hot, either. Our playing tactics are terrible... No, we don't mess around with baseball. Nobody cares in Mizzu anymore.

Sure, and their crazy owner, Mark Cuban. What do you think about Jordan's return? I think his skills arent what the Wizards need. All they need is his leadership on the court. Do you think he should have returned? I think so, its good for the sport.

Really? I thought it was quite the opposite. The games are often sellouts, arent they? And the crowd that was there for Daryl Kile's goodbye from the team, was astonishing. It was a big crowd. And besides, the Cardinals made it to the playoffs last year. Well if its bad, I know it isnt as bad as the audience at Marlins games and Expos games.

It was all on dumb luck, I swear it. I'm surprised the dang team hasn't been sold. No, I don't like the Cards, and a lot of people around here don't either.

Wow, that was... harsh. :D

I know it is definatly good for the Wizards. Even though his physical ability has lost something, just having him in practice and in the games has got to speed up the younger players development. And he is still a very good player, just due to his knwledge of the game. If I was a rookie, I would love to be able to play with someone like MJ. He is the total opposite of a player I loathe...Iverson. Iverson has it all physically, but even if he can stay out of jail  He still is cutting his carreer short by not working in practice. He'll never be able to play the long carreer MJ has, just because his body will give out.

Oh, and I don't see the big deal anyway, yeah, he scores tons of points, but look at the amount of shots he takes. His percentage is to low IMO to rank him as high as most do.

It saddens me to hear this. Because I like the Cardinals, too. The only St. Louis Team I dont like are the Blues in hockey. But Ive been following the Cards for quite a few years, and I never noticed any audience problems.

I think all that Iverson really needs is discipline. What coach can do that, I dont know. I mean the coach theyve got in Philly is really good, but Iverson seems to clash with him. And not even he can discipline Iverson. He has been given every potential chance at being a superstar in basketball, in order to become that high level player-he has to look within himself and he might become the high level player.

BTW @BS-what basketball team do you like?-the only teams I know of in Kentucky are the College teams.

Don't get me wrong or anything... I'm not usually this critical, but, it's true. We make fun of our own team. Sad, but also a peice of truth.

Yeah...We hate our Blues, too. :D

Signing off. Gotta get the family to the airport tomarrow and on thier way to Alaska. One week of solitude... Ahh, bliss. :)

Nite AC *hug* :)

@Ty, I was a big Houston Rockets fan. I am not satisfied with this years draft though. But, I could be wrong, maybe Shaq won't hospitalize this Meng (sp?) kid when they first play

Your right, not teams in KY except in college, and actually, none of the count except the Wildcats. This is a fanatical college hoops state. :D

Well there is the Wildcat college football team too. However they are not as successful as the basketball team. I think the Wildcat football team won a bowl a couple years ago.... :D

yeah, and won like 7 games that year against wimpy colleges. ;) The UK football program is awful, and has been for a long time. But, we expect it. Besides, we have basketball. :D

*and I have the Tenn Vols*

The only College Football team Massachusetts has that is in Div1-A is Boston College. All the others are in Div1-AA, which is the lower devision.

I find I like College football as much as I like the NFL. There arent those high contracts, not many bad attitudes, and I like how there are about 120 teams from around the states. I like the close games and sometimes when I want to see tons of scoring, I like to see the one sided matches. I also like the idea of seeding and, while many people dont like the idea of all the bowls, I like it. Bowl week is one of my favorite weeks of the sports year, next to the Daytona 500 speedweeks and Superbowl weekend.

College ball has an enthusiasm I like. I mean, most of the kids playing will never get to the NFL,and they know it, so it's just playing for the sake of playing. You don't see that near as much in the pros.

Well, I think I am out for tonight. The bed is calling :D

Later Ty :)

Sorry to hear about the migrains and the traumitizing in highschool. I felt I might have been too shy in highschool and I really only had 2 girlfriends. Both relationships ended quickly, but I am still *very* good friends with one of them. The other one, I wish I could say the same.

Well, my kids were both pretty young when adopted. One doesn't even remember (she was barely a year old at the time).

It's not hard, really. I learned from personaly experience. My sister, Shelby, was adopted into our family back when I was eight. She was ten at the time, so we were both old enough to know what was going on. We love eachother bunches, though.

I'm actually going to be running around the internet, so I apoligoize if I don't respond you your questions right away. Have to get some research done, ya knows.

See ya around, Tibby. ;)
