All the names where at one time his User names, and all of them have been banned.
But just because someone is banned doesn't mean they can't just get another name and come right back. Unless Buck has his IP blocked , which might take out a whole section of a certain area.
Buck can contact the users ISP and if the complaint is enough, have his ISP shut down for his house.
Constaint banning I believe might lead to this.

I have been banned many times. I just read it wrong. And I have always been Tybaltus and only Tybaltus for aslong as Ive been on this forum, so I dont have multiple personalities. Heck I hardly have one!
