Exactly...also there are other job or duties aswell like prosecuting the person and defending the person. Also not everyone may want to be a judge besides we need a jury and they do hold some power in the court...

do we want a jury? that could complicate things, trying to have enough ppl on and focused at the same time, a one man judgin panel (the judge) to regulate the trial, keep it in order, and well need to get a mod such as hill or chan to be abailiff make sre no one gets out of line.

Chan is already going to be on trail if he is to be prosecuted

The jury doesnt have to be big...you cant have a person with absolute power my friend thats why we have Congress and not just a president...the jury can be made up of people who are on, on a regular bases....one of the senior memebers can decide on that depending on how wants to volunteer.

That depends on what Rav views as a major spammer....if were goning with total posts then then very few of us reach that...but then again some have been here for years..so I wonder if it means spam average...which I think I can qualify for....or maybe overall....which that crown goes to Rav...since he has a high post score and the highest average I've seen..I think I have the second highest average....so I dont know if you have the nom....sorry

my average aint too far behind yours, onyl reason mine isnt higher is because i have one class evry two days in which i can get on the comps, and the school comps block gamebanshee, for gaming and provocative attire , so any anyhoo, at the rate im posting (ive got about 300 in the past week) im like to hit athousand in the next week, 1000/3o (next week makes a month i tihnk) is a pretty good avg if u ask meh.

My average would be much higher if I came on Sundays and sometimes Saturday...I think I would have had a lot if I came on Sunday when over 1000 members were here..... I'll hit a thiusand today..yesterday I couldnt because I was to tired and busy
