You may have a point. Perhaps I should change my order to cocoa and stop listening to Barry White altogether... :D

It's not a bad place, is it? I moved here shortly after I turned 27. Before that I'd been located in "I know everything and everyone else are morons" since I was a teenager. :D

Yep. Those were the days, way back before songs like "Like a Rock" "Me & the Boys" and "I Ain;t as Good as I Once Was" started making entirely too much sense to me :D

@BS&BS,
Does this mean the two of you are going to start reminiscing about moonshine-induced hangovers too! :eek: :D

*walks into the Stinking Den of Evil, looks at the junkpile of applications, submissions and wet Depends around the pole. Covers the pile with Curdis' newspaper using CE's twizzers, pours generously lutefisk and moonshine and casts Aganazar's scorcher. While the blazing fire is warming and sterilizing the pole, collects whips, ropes and other toys and locks them in the broom closet with Barry White. Then casts Major Dispel on Finger of Little Death.*

Fable, come back, the saloon is AARP-approved now.

*Minutes later, artillery barrages pounded the bar to smithereens* Damn! This is the second time in a row that the Krauts blew up a bar. That bonfire must have been a dead giveaway. :(

I hope that it still is. According to intel, the Gull's Roost tavern was also hit by a wave of artillery barrage previously. The engineers might be able to rebuild either one of the bars (or both of them) but they'll surely make them look like bunkers instead. :D

P.S. Hello, BlueSky. Oh, and I had to take my leave. The engineers will come by later to assess the damage. Bye. ;)

Bunch of us going to hit the battlefields this evening while the ballgame is on.
Maybe we'll see you. :)

As for the bars, I'm sure that DW will have final approval on the plans.:laugh:

*brandishes wand of gender transformation*
*points it at both LD and Des in a threatening way, they both suddenly feel nervous and all talk of blowing the pub up, explosions, or any WW1/2-related events grinds to an instant and abrupt halt*
