the actions of Eerhardt

** offers Mysty one of the last cups of herbal tea ** Well, NWN runs, but it's slow even with graphics reduced to a minimum. And as to the game itself (when compared to BG): "I'll just glance over the manual for the new bits" - "ok, now what happened to the old bits?" "feats?" ... Anyway, after this weekend I'll have a more in-depth report on the singleplayer NWN experience - have a good weekend, all! Dusty will take care of your orders as usual and Flammie will guard the place

Well, it's not like I haven't invited you down for some southern hospitality before. Invitation still stands. And we won't even visit the hogs. ;)

Later Georgi, I'll just take it I am one of the deserving *hug* :D

Later Tam....and watch you back, I think she is trailing you.

Although I am a little late for the graphics card chat, I just picked up a GeForce 3 TI 200 card. Please tell me this card will be ok? :(

Bye, Georgi, Tammy and E - have a good 'un.

@McB: It'll be OK. Happy now? :p I don't know if it will be, but hey :D

Don't worry, the game runs fine with my Geforce 2 MX200, I don't think you are at any great risk of problems, but random bugs are just that - random...

Thanks, I shall be blissfully happy, until the game crashes. :D

my sys specs are these:

Hercules 3D Prophet III (-> GeForce3 with 64MB DDR RAM)
AMD Athlon 1GHz processor with 128MB RAM
Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI 128 -> @McBane: your card should be OK then :)
and ISDN to go online

Do you need more specifications?

NWN is running smoothly on the highest resolution, only 'jumping' a bit sometimes when the game just loaded a big area.

Oh, you have nooo idea... ;) Please understand I was being quite restrained in my replies compared to what I would have liked.
@Beldin-Check out my latest post in Eerhardt's thread, I was keeping my potentially foul temper in check, I assure you. Though not by all that much...Had Fable not stepped in I would have started replying to his other posts, the ones not directing questions specifically at me. That would have caused trouble...

About as much as I trust her with anything, yeah... :D ;) He's a good dragon, I'm sure he'll behave... :D

Maybe we should check in the Lost and Found... ;) I think it's time for me to go to bed, as I have an early start tomorrow. Seeya Kam.Image

Me? I've taken nothing away ... Really, how dare you suspect me! :D

Whoohoo! I've finally made it to chapter 2 of NWN :)

This work-in-my-holidays has really been hampering my progress ...

Anyway, what I wanted to say is that the story just got a boost, I'm completely hooked now :) I just want to find out what's behind that thing ... , and where those come from ..., and what she thinks ...

Sorry if this is real cryptic. I don't want somebody to unexpectedly stumble over a spoiler when he thought this thread would be safe.... ahem, if anybody things that a thread in which the Rolling Thunder hangs out is safe ... :D

Anyway, I'm off to see Fourty Days and Fourty Nights with my boyfriend and some other friends, so, cu tomorrow. :)

Whoops - I should've accused someone who was away...*thinks*...It was Ode! Give him back you fiend! :D You did borrow him for a while - I though you might have developed an...attachment. I wouldn't have minded - as long as he's being taken care of and giving pleasure ;)

Yeah, that bit is good...if you really wanna know, it was all that person's fault, and they come from there, and she thinks...well I don't wanna spoil the whole thing for you now, do I?

Cya around :)

Hmmm, seems to me that the tavern is closed.

*Pulls out the tent, and shouts over the walls*

Question to those playing NWN at the moment (Yes I am aware that there is a NWN forum somewhere else :p )

Is the story and interactions in par with the likes of BG2 in immersing the player into the Neverwinter world.

*Annoying camp fire, if I only joined the scouts in my younger days... *

*Hears the activity within the walls.*

Hello, anyone in there, *hears the faint rumblings of Flammie*

Humph, dragons can't operate levers or open doors.

*Focuses attention back onto re-lighting his camp fire.*
