Aegis, I am not sure I understand...do you think the DF are above ground? We used a portal to get where we are, I did not envisage we would be able to see the sky our posts speak of tunnels, caverns and darkness...

edit: Hmmm in addition I would have thought that if there was a pit opening up, that it might well contain the Abomination....

I was of the impression we were all on the same level - only following different tunnels...did I miss a post that discussed climbing higher, or descending lower?

If you guys walk on in me, you'll be walking in on everyone. Not to mention, the sight of me will hardly pen me with a label of 'ally'. Plus, if you stumble in via the back then you'll basically have retreaded the initial steps of the group (I imagine).

I think it would work best to collaborate here and get on the same page before writing further. My guess is it would be best if you found a means back to the group via the open area where the cattle are. As big as that area is, there are more than likely several entrances.

My thoughts are they cannot come from behind the drow - since one way is collapsed, and the other was where we came in through the portal...I am thinking the drow also used a portal to come up behind us...

I think it would work better - if Aegis and Farscape do want to rejoin the party at this point - for them to come down the tunnel by the cattle cavern - which incidentally we are moving away from as we retrace our steps to confront the drow....

I couldn't agree more. Which is why I think we should get together and, in the spirit of collaboration, carefully ... um.... scrutinize these posts I have here.

Well, I should say that each of the posts can stand on their own merit, but some are more organically crafted than others.
