Lurker's Disease, where you start posting in a different colour and/o font, pop out whenever someone says something eminently twistable or takes the opportunity to misquote? ;)

Except for the twisting and misquoting that's not a significant marker for Lurker's disease, Ravager. Lestat and Bloodstalker don't have those symptoms. It is a special disability of Ik's. You shouldn't mock him, it's a heavy burden in an unfeeling world

Ah, I was generalising in any case. Lurker's Disease manifests in different ways. It's the perfect explanation. :p

For what

The perfect explanation to group all lurkers into one group suffering from a disease. De-individualisation. Is that even a word though?

Ah, you mean stereotyping. I am an intermittent lurker myself. Now I ask you, what could I possibly have in common with Lestat, or Ik, or BS. Even if I concede I don't have it as bad as them....come on, Ravager, is this plausible?

by Ravager
Oh, I don't know, there are some coomon features between you and Lestat at least. Like when I said 'playing dumb' and you replied 'playing?' :D
That's obviously made an imprint for me to still remember it. ;)

I'm for instance the technically-impaired-spammer-so-lurker-by-lack-of-any-other-options.

@ Lestat. Not convinced. :p But if so, speed the day your technology improves

Well, you have a talent for it regardless, Lestat. :p

I left something out of my description of Lurker's Disease - two words -> Invisible Mode. :D
