I don't know if I'll ever finish it (or start it, for that matter) but I'll update it every once in a while.

So thats why you stayed a while, hhmmm? Let it be known that I did not notice I had reached my last few thousand posts. I realized 4000 around the 4500 hundred mark, and only accidentally noticed my other one when I went up to read what my location was.

In short, the euphoria of post counts wore off around 1000, and really, the quality counts. *flourish*

Quite right, as there are several hundred people who have stopped by and spammed SYM. Knowing the small few who inhabit the SF while your on does not help much. Especially since some members like Juniper1028 and Ch85us2001 have a huge amount of posts in here. So how would I incoorporated them into SYM history?

Me, enjoyable company? Everytime I hear that it surprises me. Considering that I have been told that five times in the last three days, I am in a state of shock.

Scary, perhaps, I used to joke that he never went offline, some time three months ago when he was at 1900 posts.

Another question; was in quality?

Spam has different levels of quality, and taking away posts here and at the HC, I am actually quite close to him. Past him, even, I believe.

I would most likely end up sending it off to dragon wench, as she has been here long and does not mind me spamming up her inbox too much.

Anyways, people rarely notice post counts here a GB...

Fable is famous because he rarely spams and has over 20000 posts, which means that he has helped a lot of people. I have posted around 2000 times in the gaming forums, so I have a long way to go before I am nearly as known for being helpful as Fable was.

Basically, you gain respect by beinh helpful.

Oh were it possible that post counts could be determined by the expression of an actual complete, tangible thought instead of the wisps of substance that so often float in these parts. It would definitely cut down on inflation, but the drawback would be that Rav's post count would be drastically lowered (I don't mean this as a dig at him) and nobody could make fun of him anymore.... You'd be SOOL.

As for you being enjoyable company, I shant explore the topic too much further but I never said you had to believe me

Edit: It isn't hard to see why Fable is a fan favorite as I agree I have seen very little of him in these parts (just becasue I'm not spamming doesn't mean I'm not watching and cackling along; freaky eh?), and admire his work amongst the gaming forums. I also know respect doesn't come from post counts, I was just kidding; too many times have i heard such post-mongerers ridiculed by the spaminites.

LMAO. Well, some of us do have rather large amounts of posts that would be cut down...

I try to cut down on my spamming, and am counter balancing that by posting more in the gaming forums.

Fable will every so often come down and spam, but not often. Only if the topic interests him. So he is well respected pretty much everywhere on the site. He even posts in the DCI thread in the comic forum, something that a lot of us read.

Yes, Fable is our local 15,568 year old Babylonian god. Positively ancient, but I wil endeavor to find the old thread with nicknames.

As for the DCI thread I've never really taken a look at it before; I'll head over there sometime and check it out. Comics were never my thing really, but I'm familiar with 'em enouggh to (hopfully) understand what's going on.

DCI is a comic made by one of our past members, Kayless, and is based around a 'D20' adventure from Neverwinter nights or Icewind Dale or one of those games (I havent played it) and is hilarious.

Oh, yes, Kayless really outdid himself.

Yes, the comic is excellent, and should be read from the beginning with sprites to the end with hand drawn comics.

Thats the glory of it... it has great plot too. The perk of moderating the Comics section, as I get to read the thread and reread some of the good DCI issues every day.

I'm finally going to try and sleep, as I have to get up in 5 or so hours and probably should get some shut eye. It's been a pleasure as always Hill, have a good rest of the night . Same goes for any new arrivals or onlookers out there.
