No, it's more on the different notations and how to interpret a scenario and get diagrams from that.
Here's an example of a case study/scenario that we're expected to get diagrams out of. In fact, it's a large piece of my coursework (where I have to get diagrams from).
Which will be fun...

Well I know two things. The first is the same as yours; and the second is that computers are making my job impossible I was wondering why?

Note: all words ending in -able are pronounced as if they rhyme with table.

That bit of coursework you posted was interesting, Ravager.
On a serious note, you cannot blame the programmer or Microsoft. The scenario you showed looks plausible. It deals with medium size dry goods. Computer systems are probably best able to deal with those. However even there people do much more and more subtle things than they know they do. I think that is the fundamental difficulty. For example, if you asked a shop assistant to tell you what they do, they would probably say something like "find out what the customer wants; show them the range available; wrap up whatever they buy; take the money; and give change. In fact, if you've ever worked in a shop that is a really quite a small proportion of what the assistant does. If it is an unfamiliar setting, how could the analyst possibly know that information was missing, much less what kind of questions to ask to elicit it. The shop assistant probably has no conceptual idea of what else he or she does and so may not even be aware that what he or she has said is not only incomplete but totally misleading.
Anyway, that's my take on what you have shown.

I do take Phreddie's point that this may not be the time or place, however. Perhaps we could get a couple of posts about this a day for the next year or so by which time I might understand something. I think people would indulge me so far, if you would

@Fiona, yeah, we can carry on at some point . And regarding that coursework it was only given out today, I only skimmed it, there were lots of pictures of ships loading goods at the end, which I had to cut out because of the document size.
So, anything you can tell me about my coursework would be welcome...

Er...That sounds logical. So long as you make certain assumptions about female symians' sexual orientation and are committed to a solipsistic world view, I can see how that would work
